He does look 6ft 2in as his forehead is extra long.

I met him a couple of days ago and i'd say 6'1" he is 71 so he definitely could've been 6'2" at some point in his life

I really rate this guy, from his scary performance in 'The Hills Have Eyes', which I saw at the pictures, to his innocent part in 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest'. The look on his face when he is fed booze through his medication drip! 😊👍
Footnote: My brother was 17 when his college lecturer took the class to see the film. Most of the others were 16;
the film was an 'X'!
Definitely 6ft2. He looked menacingly huge in 'The Hills Have Eyes'!

He just looks 6'1 with you Rob, if over then it is only a very small amount like a mm or so, I'm not sure if he ever was a full 6'2 though but I could buy 6'1.5-6'1.75 for his peak height, are you going to give him a peak height listing? he's definitely no where near 6'2 today.

He's not 6'2" nowadays!
Bwk said on 15/Jan/19
He was probably 6'2'' in his prime, but he looks 6'1.75'' here to me.

Did he really look 6'2" when you met him? He looks barely above 6'1", and that's not even taking your leaning into account.
I hadn't got round to giving him a current, but I doubt he's much over 6ft 1 today.
Junior Hernandez 1990 said on 22/Oct/18
Berryman needs a peak height and current.
Now 6'1 1/4
Zampo said on 22/Oct/18
Berryman looks in the 6'1-6'1.25 range with Rob in the photo. I would probably edge towards 6'1.25 for him.

So, he certainly looks 6'2 but I'm curious as to his appearance. Was that genetic or caused by an injury?
A genetic condition.

Around 50? I'm sure he'll be glad to hear that. :P
Danimal said on 11/Feb/18
And remember, Michael is around 50 years old, so he could have easily been 1" taller in his younger days.

Rob, how likely is 6ft1 for him today?
He's almost 70.
He is likely no more than that.

Looks 6'1" flat to me here but I'll guess he was a half inch taller in his youth.

real nice guy! solid 188 maybe 189 peak nowadays could be 187.

Yeah, good on him for turning what a condition that was probably socially defeating in his youth to an asset as an actor.

Always like this guy

The guy's not so young anymore, do you think he's lost a little with age, Rob? I think 6'1.5"-6'2" is possible from the photo but perhaps was taller in the 1970s.
[Editor Rob: yes a bit under 6ft 2 today I think.]
