I think he looks near 6'0 in the photo. I would put him in the solid 5'11.75 range.

5'11.5" to 6'0 now as per Rob's Picture with him. Was very Entertaining back in the day. Agile for a man of his weight which was realistically around 350 pounds. They billed him as 423 pounds.

Met Rikishi at a local indie show. Stood toe to toe and shook his hand.BIG fella for sure but I was surprised that ,at 5’11”plus running shoes(about .75 to an inch soles) I was a bit taller; maybe an inch. He , however was barefoot.

Well I would Recommend Rikishi to feel Lucky to be over 6 feet tall because men who are 400 lbs are generally 5'10 to 6' no taller than that but are very wide. How about 184 ?

I think he is taller than 183 cm... Rob, if you are 173, he must be 185 at least, in my opinion. I tried that already - I am 177 cm, my friend 190, and the difference about 12-13 cm is like this on this photo (his eyes are over your head, so I think he is taller than 183 sure).

Solofa looks like a lovely, friendly, sociable guy! I rate his height as 6ft and agree with one of the comments (from Rampage Clover) that a guy his size will rarely stand his tallest.

There must be something in the Samoan waters where most of the guys are over 6 ft tall! No doubt, he stood at 6'1 at his peak, and even though he is only in his early 50's, all those years wrestling does tend take a few inches off. If he is lucky enough to live till his 70's +, wouldn't be surprised if he drops to the 5'10 range. Although, don't tell him I said that, as I wouldn't want to receive a stink face from him!
