at worst 188cm flat. its hard to argue shorter than this. Over 189 also seem hard to argue. i think 188,5. He workout extremelly hard i dont think he would be under 188,5 if you measured him a day witthout a workout.

He does not look more than 6'1'' next to Arny. Dolph Lundgren is more in the 6'2'' or 188-9 range and should be used as a proxy for that height range. Terry is about an inch or more shorter than him.

Carson Wentz was stated to have measured in the morning but he doesn’t look under 6’5” so my guess is the 6’5.25 may have been 2 hours out of bed at the Senior Bow as opposed to 1. Terry was only 42-44 years old when the first 2 Expendables came out and an easy inch shorter than Lundgren so I don't think it's so much a matter of peak height as Terry always being a solid 6'2", but not quite 6'2.5".

What's impressive about Terry is his great personality. 6'2.5" is still pretty big, especially on someone with such a crazy physique, but it's the way he interacts with all of his fans and encourages people to laugh and have fun that makes him stand out. I know this place is about height and I'm not saying we shouldn't get caught up in technicalities, but I want to remind everything that this is a genuinely great guy and real celebrity role model.

I say hes a solid 6'2 maybe 6'1.5 in the afternoon or after a long day. He may even tap the above listed height but he definitely get under 6'2 by the end of the night. Mind you he is also in his 40's so it is very likely he stood taller. His posture may be shrinking especially after years of Heavy over head lifting.

I watched the film 'Get Smart' the other day and i noticed how they appeared to have avoided putting Crews and The Rock/Dwayne Johnson in the same shot together. Theres debate over Rock's height, he's alleged to be 6'3 though i think he goes around saying 6'4, which to me seems believable.
But then in this film, Rock/johnson seems to be much taller and bigger than crews when in reality there is something like 1 to 1.5inches and 10-15 lbs difference. just shows what manipulation a big hollywood production can do and im sure it was intended for the Rock's ego and his character to the story.
