Bolt's own site lists him as 195 cm. You can keep the 6'5" if you want to, but he's technically 195 cm, which is what he gives himself as.

I saw him today next to 6,4 bailey at the 100m final. Bailey is probably closer to 6,3.5 but Bolt had a minimum of 2 inches on him. Imo, i believe seeing him next to legit 6,4.25 clarkson is enough proof that he is indeed a legit 6,5 or 196cm. I am 6,3.75 (legit) and I am telling u that he would no doubt have me by an 1.5 inches. Also, today Donovan Bailey was describing him as 6,6 (he did 2x in fact).

I've always thought he was 6'5, but having just seen a picture of him standing next to my mates brother who is no more than 5'11 (being generous) I can't see how it's possible. He hardly even looks 6'3 in the pic despite being closer to the camera. There's no way he could be taller than 6'4 based on that picture, an I'm struggling to justify even that. But if he was 6'5 he should have at least 6" on him, but my mates brother is fairly lax in posture and up to bolt's eyebrows. Maybe has a 0.5" heel advantage knowing what shoes he usually wears, but his posture and camera angle more than accounts for it. I feel Viper is probably 6'1" so has a real hard time with ANY celebrity being over this mark, or anyone for that case and prefers to put them 6' or under no matter who it is, with guys as big as Bolt, he can't quite do that but can snag an inch, Usain Bolt was clearly taller than Clarkson as stated lol, plus he is around legit 6'2" sprinters as well.
