@Simone Cabiddu If you are talking about Zlatan's bowed legs, yes its true. Zlatan has curved legs but Zlatan's case isnt the most severe of bow-legged cases and I doubt a surgery will make him more than inch taller.

a simple case of limb lenghtening or bone distraction..just look his legs..bone distraction is very painfull but if you have money you can do it with no problem. Most of people low height have no much money and health gov system doesn t deny the surgery but you have less comfort..

Honeslty claiming your morning height is perfectly fine and believable cause thats what you are at one point of the day and and it adds nothing above 2cms, and im guessing that 196cm claim could've come from his tallest morning height.

That makes me question how tall Walton actually is as he doesn’t look his measured 6’7.75” next to Magic or LeBron. He actually looks slightly shorter. I almost wonder if he’s really 6’6.75” instead and they messed up and placed the shoe height in the barefoot column. That’s odd that they’d list a 6’7.75 barefoot guy at 6’8 instead of 6’9 unless he specifically didn’t want to be seen as a power forward and asked for it

We are arguing small fractions, but i personally disagree with that. He said 6'4.5 lunch most, don't know if he meant 194.3 or 194.5 at most. I still personally disagree though, as i think he can often pull of 195 on the pitch, which is my reason why i personally have him in that 194 and a half range (194.4-194.6) I think a Ibra with optimal posture under a stadiometer could really measure a strong 194 range. 194 flat i think is really the lowest one can argue, he never looks like a 193 range guy only though. That's closer to Erling Haalands range (i think about 193.5, 193 is the lowest for Haaland really).

I think they will measure very close personally, but if i have to make a choice, i'd say Van Dijk is probably closer to 194 flat than Ibra is. And no, Zlatan doesnt have the best tall looking proportions honestly, cause his feet are widely bowed or o-typed and walks legs kinda well apart from each other. A guy like Varane is shorter than him but he obviously better proportioned than Zlatan.

@Christian: always use a wall. I've used the yardstick and tape measure tho both. I believe a stadio once by one doctor and it was like 194.4 maybe a year and a half or two years back so I believe now it added the extra 1/8" since that was a late morning measurement from what I remember (maybe 11AM or so) after waking up at around 5am

Do you measure 6'4 3/8" using a stadiometer or a measuring tape and a wall? Some stadiometers are known to add a few mm compared to the measuring tape method. For example Rob measures 5'8 1/8" with the tape but gets 5'8 1/4" with his stadiometer. The one I own isn't off though, I measure exactly the same with both.

@Christian: that makes sense. You're just about 1/2" below what you are out of bed since you're near 6'6 1/8. I'm typically down 1/2" myself after a full 2 hours if I've been up. One thing I've noticed too is the way you sit in a car also has an effect. Us taller guys like to sit reclined that will keep height instead of losing it.
