WOW! best height post yet, my favorite actor ever, he seem quite big in body and his height seem correct, i reckon he's more like 6'0-6'0.5 so the listing in correct imo. ;)

This height looks to be spot on or at least very close. I always thought he was in the 6'-6'1 region. He ain't 6'3 as he was several inches shorter than Kevin Sorbo in Hercules. Cool photos btw, you probably have pictures now with the entire cast of Evil Dead.

Campbell never looked short he infact looks taller than his height even though his head is smaller but longer and and his body larger than his waist..
in Aliens Apocalypse he borders on 6'3 with pretty normal 1.5-2cm space shoes with no almost no heels, of course it might just be an illusion because of his body shape.
in reality he is a legit 183-184cm, 186-187 in boots and probably 190 in lifts.

I met him at Collector Mania Midlands recently and he seemed to be a solid 6ft. I'm about 6'3 and he was about 2 inches shorter. Really cool guy btw.

height can be very... decieving. i have been told by doctors i was about 6 feet even, yet on my drivers liscense it says 5'10", it just depends on how straight you stand and how you carry yourself. oddly enough though, at 6 feet he towers over some major movie stars. tom cruise anyone? I havnt seen too many of his movies, but the few I have seen he looked 6-0 to me. But then I see him in Spiderman and he looks very tall. Which makes me beleive that Glenn really did see him at a very tall height in 1989. I thought Glenn was crazy with that 6-4 at first, but not anymore. I met Bruce on three occasions. For his book signing for If Chins Could Kill and Make Love the Bruce Campbell way. And during his talk back on Evil Dead the Musical. I am a bit over 6'2" and when I stood next to Bruce he had to look up at me. I would say he is not 6'1" but he is over 6' so 6'0.5" is right. Great guy too. shemp says on 16/Dec/06
Yeah, Bruce is awesome. The coolest and nicest guy I've ever met. I've met him 3 times for book signings and he looked around 6ft.

Something I regret, I left the LA book signing/screening of Bubba Ho-Tep in '02, when Bruce was promoting "if Chins could Kill. He may claim only 6'1 but in all the candid/fan pics i've seen, he looks MASSIVE, about 6'2 barefoot at least. This quote was taken from his Autobio "If Chins Could Kill", describing the 1st time he met his 2nd wife. I wouldn't put too much *thought* into this quote as far as any subliminal meaning. I think 6'0 is accurate. The boots comment probably meant he would seem a little bit taller if he was wearing boots and normal shoes. E.g a 2" boot would not make someone 6'0 look 6'2. It would make them look like a 6'1 guy... given that every genuine 6'0 person wearing footwear will always be standing around the 6'1 mark. Edd says on 27/Jun/05
