Yearbooks from 1985 & 1986 (could be 86 & 87 tho) He attended lindsay place high school... he was also noted as a nerd in one of the copies held in the school library. When I was attending in 1988-1990 I looked it up because i was a fan of the Haimster. Corey Haim did attend Lindsay Place High School, but only for about a month. I work at Lindsay Place and one of the older teachers who still works there had Corey as a student. He wasn't there for long, but he was there. LPHS says on 10/Mar/10
Corey went to LPHS in the 7th grade. The rumour going around school at the time, was that Corey had been in a movie called "Tootsie" and that he was moving to California to be in a movie called "First Born"... but not many of us particularly believed it. Then one day, he was gone and not long after that, he was on screen in a movie called "First Born". I don't doubt that he spent most of his high school days in California, but Danimal is not lying. Daminal, Corey was 5'7 when I last saw him in person in late 1991. I'm not saying he's that tall anymore...he could have shrunk an ince over the years! I am a good friend of Haim's and he is 5'6. You have to realize that when people are in the "biz", sometimes their publishers and agents tell them to (or in most cases state on behalf of them) "extend the truth" sometimes. For example, remember back in the day when the Jackson 5 were on top. There were many interviews where they listed Michael as being 11, when in fact he was actually 13. You can find this if you just google a Rolling Stone, Jackson 5 interview from 1971. So to put it to rest, as a close friend of Haim, he is 5'6. Anonymous says on 15/Jul/09

Dude, I've met Corey DOZENS of times. He used to room with my friend here in Montreal and hooked up with my sis for a bit. She's 5'4" and he was MAX 5'5".
[Editor Rob: unless corey had lifts in all day, if he did...then maybe 5ft 5 is a possibility. I don't rule anything out. The only person I know pulled a fast one with tiptoe/lifts on me was James Kyson Lee.

He lived in Montreal for YEARS in the 1990's and he was NO 5'9". My friend roomed with him. My sister who is just shy of 5'4" dated him and he was barely taller than her. He is 5'5"-5'5.5". He was just quoted as saying he was 5'7". So realistically, he's 5'6.5" to 5'7". Who would lie about being 5'7"? Wouldn't he say he was 5'10" or something like that if he were going to lie? This License to Drive stuff is crazy...it was a movie! How often are movies factually correct and even if those heights were legit, they were still young and could've grown. Same thing with me I'm 17 and 5'8 yet people tell me I look 5'9 to anywhere as tall as 6'0.
