Barely looks to have 3 inches on 5'6 Clark Duke in the picture posted a few comments down.
5'9.5 would be absolutely top of the mark for him but he's probably closer to flat 5'9.

5'8.5 at the most he never looked similar to Topher Grace whose 5'10.8 so yep 5'8.5 is max and considering his shoulders and head are kind of small this is the most. Wilder Vanderrama was like 5'5 to 5'7 and he always looked about 2 inches taller but never more than 2 inches taller.

Either he needs a slight downgrade or Topher Grace needs an upgrade. He looks the same height as Topher in massive platform shoes. I think Topher is 5'10.75" and this guy is 5'8.75".

This might be why Danny can often look as tall as Topher and taller than Laura Prepon. I think that might be why Topher can often look 5'11-5'11.5 next to Ashton Kutcher on occasion, although from what I saw he doesn't wear them very often.

Did Danny Masterson wear massive lifts on that 70's show? In most scenes he's taller than Topher Grace and marginally shorter than Kurtwood Smith. I could have sworn this guy was 182cm but I guess he had to be wearing lifts if he's this short.

john, that pic you posted on 10/30/10 is from a bad angle - you can't judge wilmer's and danny's height from a weird angle like that and with wilmer closer to the camera (which gives him the illusion of being taller than he really is).
as i mentioned earlier on 7/15/10, i've seen danny masterson twice in person - he's 5'8.5" at best, but probably even less than that. i haven't seen wilmer in person, but every photo or video i've seen which is taken from a proper angle shows that wilmer is at least 1.5"-2" shorter.

Sorry, Wilmer is not 5'9. He is 5'6. He is no taller than 5'7 for sure. In that 70's he usually wore boots that gave him a good two inches at that put him in between 5'7 and 5'8. He's short.

Kevans brought up a comparison to Prepon, who I doubt would lie to make herself seem taller (woman usually want to seem shorter). 5'9"-5'10" seems exactly right. The listed height is perfect.

saw this guy at joe's pizza on carmine st in manhattan (nyc) in the summer of 2006. the pizzeria is really small and everyone eats their pizza while standing, so i got a really good look at him. i'd peg his height at 5'9" MAX, but more likely 5'8.5" or 5'8.75". i was surprised, because on "that '70s show" he looks more like 5'10" - which he clearly is not in real life. also, i remember him wearing typical hipster sneakers, so it's highly unlikely that he had any insoles or lifts in his footwear.
when i saw this guy, i remember thinking, "he might be an inch shorter than my brother", who's 5'9.5" barefoot. so while i'm tempted to list danny at 5'8.5", i will acknowledge that he doesn't have brad pitt-esque posture. so again, i'll say 5'9" max, but possibly 1/4" to 1/2" below that.

No way Usher's 5'8", and if he stood up straight next to Masterson, probably as tall. Remini's pushing 5'5", maybe 5'6" with heels, putting Danny maybe 5'9". If these shorter Hollywood actors are like many normal shorter actors, they have lifts in their shoes. Maybe, maybe not.

Masterson looks 5'8" sometimes, and at most 5'9" He's at least 18, (The year is 1994 in the show, so my comment below about him being 20 is incorrect) so let's conclude he's probably stopped growing. I've also been watching that 70's show a lot. I've been studying Masterson's footwear. I really do believe he has lifts in his boots from the way they look and how his foot seems to be/look, if that makes sense. You ask, "why would they do that?" Well, for the same reason they put Mila Kunis in 3" heels. they do that so she won't look so short next to Prepon, and it's easier to fit her into the same frame. Also, you already have a "short" guy, in Wilmer V. who obviously wears lifts on the show many times, as sometimes, he literally looks almost 2 inches taller in some episodes. I dont' think Danny is any taller than 5'9", at best.

mmm...gotta disagree with the last poster. Just saw a very early episode where Fez and Hyde are both barefeet. Hyde looks not more than an inch taller. The camera angle isn't perfect, but just can't see him over 5'9". Don't let Masterson's hair fool you.

Topher is def. 5'11 I'd say. He has minimum 1 inch on Danny. Danny might very well be 5'10. Now that makes Wilmer at 5'8 if he was lucky but I see Danny with 2-3 inches on Wilmer. Ashton is about 6'2. Kurt Woodsmith looks about 6'0.

Glenn has met him and said he was 5'10". I always thought he was 5'10". And he's usually taller than Topher when he has his boots on, not shorter. Danny is almost as tall as 6'1" Kurtwood Smith in his boots.

C'mon guys, he's ALWAYS wearing boots with minimum 1 inch heel on the 70's show. Compared to Topher who almost always wear sneakers he's still shorter. He's no more than 5'8'', maybe 5'8.5''. Plus his fro makes him look taller.

MD, he's more than marginally taller than Wilmer. He's got him by AT LEAST an inch. I'm also a huge fan of That '70s Show, and I own all the Seasons available on DVD right now. I've watched all of them closely, and Danny with shoes off and Topher with shoes off are only about an inch apart.

Honestly I think he's about 5'10". I remember an episode in season 1 when they went to Jackie's cabin, and he stood next to Donna with just socks on, she had snow boots on, and he was taller than her. I'd say he's 5'10" with no shoes on, and usually about 6'-6'1" in most shots with his boots on.
