Yeah I think 5”9 is spot on. He’s been listed as 5”11 on google, but I never believed he was even 5”10, let alone 5”11. I always saw him around the 5”9 mark. Solid 5”9, nothing more nothing less.

Richards quite often wears big footwear though, trainers which look to me like they might be near 2 inches thick which can make him look 6ft+ at times, I reckon barefoot im doubtful he'd be over 181.

Always looked a little over an inch shorter than Beckham in his playing career. Beckham was 5'11 flat so i would say 5'9.5 is right.

Rob, could 5ft9.75 be a better fit for Gary ? I think this could be a little harsh, I felt Gary was around 5ft10 when I saw him up close. I think maybe slightly bigger head might make him seem shorter, but nearer 5ft10 than 9 for me.

Editor RobWell I wouldn't go under 9.5, maybe his big head can give a 5ft 9 illusion but he falls somewhere in 5ft 9.5-10 range.
