Rob: You know I agree with you 95 % of the time. BUT this height is clearly off to . We are talking about over an inch too high. This guy looks so short in whatever I see him. The comparisons to Dustin and the folks saying Dustin is 5'6" is a joke. Dustin is old now and was when filming I heart huckabees. Dustin is around 70. NOW thats the age where shrinking becomes an issue. Once again I will stand by my point that losing height in your late 40 ies if you are healthy and in good shape is pure bull****. And those who have friends an inch shorter at 45 should really ask themselves whats wrong wit that person (health wise). So I sasy Dusin was no more tha 5'5" in Huckabees and still is an easy inch taller than Jason Schwartman. For god sake Owen Wilson is 5'11" and he looks like a kid next to him!!

Others here mentioned "Rushmore" which I just watched tonight, and although I didn't catch the mug shot thing, I'm think his police description was given out at "5'3" and "112 pounds"...I've seen him in many films and I don't know about 5'3, but I really can't see 5'5 either. I know Mike Maronna thru a friend; i've visited him in the Jersey area. Never asked him about schwartzman but Maronna is 5-7 to 5-8, and in Slackers he was a good 3-4 inches taller than Jason. also in "Spun", Leguizamo was about 3 inches over,(but Leg had his ubiquitous boots on) Joel says on 16/Oct/05
U watch the movie slackers, you'll notice how much shorter he is than the other guys. So yeah, by putting him just under 5'6 you're being generous, cause I'd put him at like 5'4.4"

In Rushmore, there is a scene in which is is incarcerated and they mug him at 5'3. look for it, Rob. I wonder if there's any validity to it. Also, in the DVD extras it said he had to stand on a platform for a scene w/ his love interest because he was so short |
