On second look the heel looks to have nearly an inch platform so I'd say they were likely 3.3-3.5 inch range ( actual height, they'd be advertised probably as 4.5 or 5 inch heels in a shop). Anyway I stated 2.2-2.3 inch advantage (I have 1-inch shoes), so I'm being conservative.

in person she looked pretty much as you see in the photo, about an inch under my eyes (so 5.5 inches).

Take away her footwear advantage and my guess is 5ft - 5ft 0.5 range.
