Michael Spound - you're close, especially with Rogers and Arden, but Ball and Hepburn are at least an inch taller than you have them.....watch these scenes from Stage Door. In particular the last scene with Lucille Ball, Katherine Hepburn, Eve Arden and Ginger Rogers.

She gave the perception of being very tall because of her adrogynous look but pictured a long side other actress's I would have put her at 5ft 6
