Well, don't forget that on the Middleman he's always shown with Natalie Morales who's really skinny and looks at least a foot shorter than he is.

He sometimes seem taller than this. In Waiting for Guffman, he seemed to be about the same amount taller than Fred Willard that Will Ferrell was over Willard.
