I got to admit he looks short next to 6 foot 3 will ferrell. Carell was only up to the bottom part of ferrell's ear. I'm assuming will ferrell wears lifts. Sorry Rob, You DID add Kevin Mchale lol. I would say if EVEN RYAN SEACREST doesn't seem to buy this kid being 5'7 in a half IN NORMAL SHOES, then Mchale is probably 5'6, and slightly under at night. When science determine the average height for adult male in any country in the world, does not determine (for the same country) the average height for a race or another. The average height within the same country, is only one. What we can target is the average height for a male or female. Following your approach, to cite one example, we could also target the average height of people by the color of eyes, long ears, or any other variable, capricious or whimsical. The average height for an adult male in the United States, only segmented by race, has no value, since that country has many other millions of people of different genotypes (I remind you that all other citizens, are not aliens or zombies of a swamp ...).

We're all limited or have greater propensities to be certain ways based on our genes, and genes pool. These are very simple facts. I am just going to chime in here with the average height thing. What people do not understand is, that the average of something statistically, is not always the average of something in the context of what we define as average. For example average looking would be 5/10. However when you consider average height, you have to understand the majority of all cases are measured either below or above the average height. There would be the same if not more people measured below what the average height ended up being. This is because there are more anomalies in terms of super height than there are in terms of super short. I see more men 6'5" for example then i do 5'2". They are essentially what brings up the average height to something which on second glance doesn't feel quite right. Finding the average of something statistically is just a method of numbers, it has nothing to do with what is and isn't acceptable. Will says on 28/Nov/10
