185cm min and 187cm max
may even scrape 6ft2 out of bed

He may make 6'2". I love how all these morons think they know what someone's max height is! There are very few true experts! Johhny says on 13/Jan/12
i didn't know his exact height but those who are interested can have a look at his mugshot here is the pic Click Here for other celebrities mugshots link is here Click Here Spencer says on 11/Jan/12
weak 6'1 Valdor says on 1/Jan/12

6'2 ..same height as shane Goldberg says on 15/Nov/11
Met Goldberg at a signing ar MCI Center in Washington, DC. I asked him to stand up to get a picture taken with me. I'm 6'1. He was SLIGHTLY taller than me. Definitely NOT 6'3 or 6'4. Alex says on 14/Nov/11
He's max 184cm I think jake, 1.82 m- 1.83 m says on 13/Nov/11
He's an honest 6ft 1in. Mathew says on 13/Nov/11
Austin was/likely still is 6'1" legit. He's been billed at 6'2" and sometimes 6'3" but 6'1" is right. logan noll 1996 says on 12/Nov/11
Stone cold is 6 foot. Almost everybody who is billed 6 foot 2 ends up being 6 foot in real life. Parra says on 8/Nov/11
He is like 6'2 Alex says on 30/Oct/11
Henrik, claims like that make no sense LOL. There was no way 6 inches between them. More like 4 inches Henrik says on 28/Oct/11
I have only seen Triple H talk about his height once (in USAToday), and he claimed 6'4". Ironically and contradicting, he did say that Shawn Michaels was 5'10". LOL. Alex says on 27/Oct/11
Usually they will say the taller the wrestler the bigger the build but not always true. Kane billed at 7'0 but 6'8 max but Big Show billed at 7'0 and looks within an inch of that height. I do remember HHH was billed at 6'5 in WCW then 6'4 in WWF. I think he claimed 6'3 though? Legend says on 27/Oct/11
He's about 6 ft flat today Henrik says on 26/Oct/11
I think that wrestlers do on average get padded by two inches. An exception seems to be 6'1" types, who from my experience usually get billed as 6'2" ("only" one inch padded).
Then there are a few who get padded even more (Triple H original billing was 6'5") or have, at least close to, their actual heights billed. Alex says on 20/Oct/11
He was always billed at 6'2. Seen a few 6'3 billings in magazines but he claimed 6'1 as his height Danimal says on 18/Oct/11
TNTinCA says on 17/Oct/11
Sounds about right.
I think his 'billed height' in his wrestling days was 6'3".
Wrong. It was 6'2". tell-em says on 18/Oct/11
cold stone is 6'1" TNTinCA says on 17/Oct/11
Sounds about right.
I think his 'billed height' in his wrestling days was 6'3". Rule of thumb is that most wrestlers get about 2 inches of height added to them for billing purposes. The Rock was always billed as 6'5" while he is actually 6'3". Shawn Michaels was billed at 6 foot when he was around 5'10" or so. Clay says on 15/Oct/11
Austin is 6'1'' at most, Goldberg I would say is 6'2.5''. tell-em says on 14/Oct/11
goldberg is 6'2, screw 6'1". Henrik says on 14/Oct/11
Bill Goldberg is listed 6'2.5" on this site (Viper argues that he's 6'1") and he is taller than Bosworth on the picture that Vegas provided. Bosworth being 6'2.5" would make Goldberg a weak or full 6'4" and Austin 6'2.5" as well. Rampage(-_-_-)Clover says on 14/Oct/11
Brian Bosworth looks 6"2-6"3 range Alex says on 14/Oct/11
Austin has claimed 6'1 so at most that was his peak. He never looked more than 6'1 tops anyway back then excluding his footwear or those chunky boots he wore. Maybe 6'0 1/2 peak, and today 6'0. If he has lost height it was pretty minimal I would say Legend says on 13/Oct/11
Austin isn't 6'1 anymore Rob. This is his peak height at most. Vegas says on 13/Oct/11
goldberg did edge out bosworth in the movie viper Click Here
speaking of longest yard and bosworth, i was on a flight last year next to a chap who owns a bar in santa fe where longest yard was filmed, he said he was friends with bosworth since school and that he used to come over to his bar after filming most nights with some of the cast, he said he couldn't believe how much the likes of nash and khali dwarfed bosworth
ziggler was ~2 inches shorter than hugh jackman on raw 2 weeks ago Viper says on 12/Oct/11
Goldberg taller than Bosworth? Impossible Henrik says on 11/Oct/11
Appears to be about the same height as 6'2" billed Brian Bosworth, and taller than here listed strong 6' or 184cm William Fichtner (who is also closer to the camera) in the movie Longest Yard: Click Here
But I think Bosworth is more like 6'1.25" (186cm) or 6'1.5", as Bill Goldberg seemed to have some height advantage over him. He has no page here. Legend says on 11/Oct/11
Ziggler is 5'10.25 SAM RICK says on 9/Oct/11

I think he looks 5'11.5-6'0 with Angle. With UT the angle isn't fooling me. He still looks much shorter. Alex says on 23/Sep/11
Austin looks slightly over 6'0 there with Angle.
With Undertaker he looks even taller LOL but backstage segments look different from in the ring though. I've UT have more inches on Austin in the ring than in that backstage interview James says on 22/Sep/11
i have too disagree looking on youtube WWE in 1998 and 2000 was much more cooler than it is now.
the 1998-2000 RAW is War Arena was amazing as well. Vegas says on 22/Sep/11

Alex wat do you think the WWE will be like 7 years from now? Alex says on 18/Sep/11
Clay, I was 23 in 2007 and thats the year where I personally lost interest. It was by start of 09 when I was really done with it LOL. Once in a while I'll check it out still James says on 17/Sep/11

James, yea 98 was a new era in WWE. thats when Austin became WWF champion and was the face of the WWF. 05-06 was a new change and the attitude era was at its end. From 07-08 and on is a new era but not sure what to call it.
If you could take a wild guess what do you think the WWE will be like 7 years from now? Do you think it will be like the attitude era again in 7 years time?
i dislike this current WWE era :( Clay says on 17/Sep/11

the attitude era was not centrered around jumping off titantrons or 15 foot cages and Danimal you must be talking about Droz who had he's neck brocken after another perfomer(D lo) tried to do a running powerbomb on him and he could not get a good grip on Droz cos he was wearing a lose shirt and a fan had thrown a drink into the ring so D lo brown sliped and Droz landed awkwardly and became paraplegic(so how is that Att'de Era fault?) The Atti'de Era had the best perfomers, story lines came from all angles(not just around world H'vy weight chmpionship title and John cena) Divas were actually "wrestlers" the acting was convincing, the tag teams were legendary while at the same time WWF/E was "Kid friendly". Legend says on 14/Sep/11
One of the best matches ever in my opinion is Stone Cold vs Bret Hart Wrestlemania 13. James says on 14/Sep/11

James, the attitude era officially started in 98. 98 was a great year but I thought 99-00 was even better. 01-02 was pretty good too. 03-04 was good. 05-06 went down some but still was watchable. 07 on is when I really started to get out of it and by 08 that was it for me LOL. WM 17 in 2001 was my fave WM of all time
some say 2006 was the last year off the attitude era?
do you agree alex as well that there was a HUGE change in the WWE from 1997-1998? i saw a big change in the WWE as well from 2007-2008.
there will probably be anohter huge change in the theme in 2017-2018 LOL. Alex says on 14/Sep/11

1999 was very good as well wasn't it?
What do you think off WWE in 1998 Alex? I think it was better than the 1999 season. I really like wrestelmania 1998 when mike tyson was in it although i did enjoy wrestlemania 1999 more. Alex says on 13/Sep/11

I started watching wrestling with WWF in 1991-1992 but got more into it by 93-94. I grew up with it in the late 90s-early 2000s when the attitude era was at its best. By 04-06 to me it wasn't quite as good but still enjoyable enough to way but by 07-08 I just got out of it. By that time I felt it was for a new generation of kids. By 07-08 I was 23-24 years old and a lot of it was meant for kids in their teens I felt. A lot of my fave guys were either gone or weren't doing much anymore
I think the WWE become kinda boring in 2001-2002 which is when i lost interest in it. The years 1997-2000 were the most enjoyable for me even though i was very young.
I remember just like it was yesterday 12 years ago that i would tune into too WWE smackdown every saturday morning on sky1. Also i would VERY much enjoy watching WCW every friday night on TNT. WCW Thunder was good as well. Alex says on 12/Sep/11
Legend, yea Austin is known for his chunky boots that can give him a taller appearance but 5'11.5 for him I really doubt. I'd put him at 6'0.5 before 5'11.5 but barefoot I think hes 6'0-6'0.25 range Alex says on 12/Sep/11

Danimal in 2011 Vince McMahon seems not so much off a tryant like he used too be in the attitude era. Would u not agree? The guys getting old now so its understandable.
Remember that infamous incident in 1998 when a fan threw a battery at shawn michaels and he walked off letting down loads of fans? In an interview Vince stated that he was less than impressed by shawns behaviour. Legend says on 12/Sep/11
I knew I wasn't crazy to think he looked 5'11.5 Danimal says on 11/Sep/11

james he is starting to lose height slowly anyway by the normal aging process but your question is his spinal stenosis leading to him losing more height, answer is i don't know, he mentioned that his condition will deteriorate with time not get better so that doesn't sound to good
for the fans that keep saying "wwe should bring back the attitude era" they should have a look at guys like edge, benoit, jeff hardy, kurt angle, steve austin etc and see what jumping off 20ft cages, titantrons, getting speared off ladders, taking unprotected chairshots to the head etc every night did for those guys, jerry lawler is now in his 60s and still wrestling couple of nights a week while edge sits at home unable to ever wrestle again and he is not even 40
What about that young wrestler who is now a paraplegic. I think he took over the role of one half of the Road Warriors? Then we have Mick Foley who has stated in several recent interviews that he has sustained so many concussions from chair shots to the head, that he has permanent brain damage and his whole think process is foggy (very scary stuff). Mick Foley was known for his intelligence. Now even that is gone due to the attitude era. Then we can look at Owen Hart who is DEAD. The list goes on and Vince McMahon takes no responsibility whatsoever for any of these tragedies. James says on 11/Sep/11

Does that mean edge is going too die?
I LOVED the attitude era it was great. also used too really enjoy WCW Nitro everyday friday night when i was 9 or 10 years old.
give it half a decade and we might see a new better era in the WWE. I wish they would change the design for the current WWE arenas :( Legend says on 11/Sep/11

Last time Edge appeared on the WWE he still looked 6'3 i thought. Who knows Edge could have been taller than 6'3 ten years ago. Vegas says on 8/Sep/11
edge did an interview the other day where he said he has spinal stenosis, its basically a shrinking of the spine, its the reason he retired and means he couldn't be passed to wrestle even if he wanted to, he said austin had the exact same thing among his many problems in 2002-03 Alex says on 8/Sep/11
Legend, think Austin maybe lost a slight bit of height since he had neck surgery and injuries. Could have been closer to 6'1 back in the 90s but today yea 6'0 to maybe 6'0 1/2 at most. Legend says on 6/Sep/11
Okay, after watching him a lot the past few days I think he's barely over 6 feet. I'm not sold on a real 6'1. Alex says on 5/Sep/11

Legend, there were times where Austin and Kane didn't look too far apart then at times Kane just towered over him by at least 7 inches. Also in WWE camera angles can make a big difference. 2 guys 7-8 inches apart with angles can look more 4 inches apart at times lol Alex says on 17/Aug/11
Rock- 6'2 1/2
Brock- 6'2
Austin 6'0 1/2 Legend says on 17/Aug/11

With Sid Eudy as well he did actually look 6'2 (188cm) but then again maybe Sid is more like 6'6.75? Rampage(-_-_-)Clover says on 12/Aug/11

As we know thats better evidence than what these wrestlers are standing at in their boots in the ring..

2 inches between brock and austin doesn't make any sense. austin is 6'1" and brock is a weak 6'2". you have the rock at 6'2.75" when there is ATLEAST an inch between brock and roct. gosh you're stupid. you suck at math just like you suck at height gauging clay. tell-em says on 5/Aug/11
and yet you think brock is 6'2.5" thats freakin' hilarious.lol. thanks for proving my point. Clay says on 4/Aug/11
tell-em says on 3/Aug/11
austin IS a hair shorter than brock. .5 inch or 1 inch is not a big gap. but you wouldn't understand that clay. rob should ban you for your awful height estimations. its embarrassing.
It's not a big gap, but I wreckon theres about 2 inches between them in the barefeet. You're the only sad-sack at the site who thinks there is only half an inch or so between them. tell-em says on 3/Aug/11

Thanks bud. Go ahead and take shots at people who aren't even in the conversation now why dont you.
You wanna talk about ridiculous how about you thinking that Austin is only a hair shorter than Brock Lesnar, now thats funny. Clay says on 2/Aug/11

vegas, how tall are you? and how tall do u think steve is? James says on 28/Jul/11
the rock i think has not been so lucky cause he looks too have lost as a result of surgeries.... then again the rock is taller than stone cold steve austin so maybe that is why he is so prone too losing height? Vegas says on 28/Jul/11
tell-em says on 27/Jul/11
the way you put it vegas, you make it seem as if he should have lost 2 inches.
________________
my point is if surgeries are really the main cause of so much shrinkage in wrestling (as a few on here claim) then why has austin not been affected, i don't think austins lost anything, if you look back at him early 1990s in wcw he looks right around 6ft or maybe a little taller and still looks that today
i have met steve a number of times since 2002 and he is taller than me tell-em says on 27/Jul/11
well austin STILL looks 6'1". like i said, if he lost height, it had to be a few mm. the way you put it vegas, you make it seem as if he should have lost 2 inches. hs2011 says on 23/Jul/11
Austin says that his neck is in better shape now than it has been in years, which is good to hear. He really was falling apart in 2003. He still looks ~6'1". James says on 21/Jul/11
i don't get how he didn't lose hieght Vegas says on 21/Jul/11
if anyone should have lost height it should have been austin, he has had both knees operated on a couple of times (he wore massive braces on both knees for the last 3 years of his run), had major back surgery and neck fusion surgery and of course was forced to retire at 39, the documentary mania of wrestlemania which was filmed in the days leading up to mania 19 really highlights how much his body was falling apart on him at that stage tell-em says on 20/Jul/11
if he did lose height, it probably be 3 mm. a fraction is silly at 46. hes probly still 6'1". he looks it. James says on 20/Jul/11
He did look 6'2 when he had a wrestling match against 6'7 Sid Eudy even though i don't think he was that tall.
maybe?
6ft.05 (184cm) today

he hasn't lost anything. and he isn't 50. hes 46. hes 6'1" then and now. the man has a huge crome dome. just look at it w/ mamun tell-em says on 19/Jul/11

6'1 peak Austin I can agree with. Today he looks slightly shorter. 184cm I think he would be.
Yeah, he's a legit 6'1" back in his prime. I have no idea if he's lost a bit, he's gotta be pushing 50 now so it's possible he's down a fraction. He was usually billed as 6'2", occasionally even 6'3" I think although I'm not sure. Anyways, his 6'1" claim is pretty much bang on. James says on 18/Jul/11
I don't think Austin is over 6'1 Legend says on 17/Jul/11

Rob, what are the chances of Austin being over 6ft1?
[Editor Rob: he only claims 6ft 1, which I think is perfectly reasonable for him.] James says on 29/Jun/11

every site has kevin federline at 6ft, imdb has him at that 6ft too, guess john cena is really 6'3-6'4 so 7min mark Click Here Alex says on 19/Jun/11
Booker T at 6'3 is crazy. LOL
Clay, really Austin 6'0.5 at his lowest? I'm not arguing 6'0.5 but maybe its more his midday height and by night hes 6'0-6'0 1/4. Cena may be 6'0.5 evening. James says on 19/Jun/11
6'3 for booker t? Now i have heard it all. Mamun says on 19/Jun/11
Vegas , Booker is listed every where even on I M D B . COM at 6' 3" ! I am sure his Excellency King ROB wasn't touched by the Andre story and gave him the 6' 2" listing after some research .

Steve has on boots but he isn't standing as straight as Mamun either as he could care less about his height for the pic. I he did thats another CM gained at least.
Still I wouldn't go under a solid 6'0.5 evening for him. Vegas says on 18/Jun/11
austin and booker were extremely close in height whenever the too were together on wwe tv back in the early 00s, not sure how mamun saw booker at 6'3, i think he probably gave him the extra 2 inches because he said nice things about andre :D Big Show says on 18/Jun/11

i think taker has not lost much height as hogan yet.
The only wrestler who has lost more height than Hogan is Piper (6'1.5" down to 5'9"). Billy Graham has as well. All due to multiple surgeries..
Yes but hogans height loss might be exzzagerated becuase he might have been more 6'5 than 6'6 at his peak.
Today Hogan does not look over 6'3. Even 6'3.5 is too much for him these days.
so maybe
6'5 (196cm) peak

meant hogan and taker obviously, a list of wwe injuries between 2001 and 2010 Click Here no mention of neck surgery for taker there more detailed Click Here
prior to 2001 taker had surgery, september 1999 groin surgery, feb 2000, torn pectoral muscle, out of action till may 2000, october 2000 gallblader surgery october 2000 out till november 2000

Stone Cold was on the radio out here in the Bay Area back when he was promoting The Condemned. One of the interviewers commented on how massive he is, and guessed his height (he guessed high, but I don't recall what). He said that he used to be 6'1", but since his neck surgery he is 6 foot flat. His words.
Hogan AND Taker both lost height due to neck surgery as well. Danimal says on 6/Jun/11

I just saw the clip of Austin and Cena on Tough Enough. Austin looks a bit taller when they shake hands due the angle I think. Both are probably the same in height.
Yeah, I think Austin is around 6'0". He probably came out taller than Cena because Austin tends to wear big army/construction boots almost all the time. TELLEM says on 6/Jun/11

Alex, cena is shorter than austin just go watch the tough enough episode where austin and cena are close to each other. cena is 6'0 max and austin is 6'05 max. (after is injury that is, b4 I actually believe that 6'1 in 98 was accurate for austin) Rampage(-_-_-)Clover says on 4/Jun/11

There are three factors that need to be considered.
1. He's bald so when he's standing next to people of similiar stature full head of hair he can appear shorter.
2. He's always leaning to one side or bending his head forward when he's confronting someone.
3. The guy weighs about 250lbs and about as wide as a truck and so his massive frame can make him look shorter. Rampage(-_-_-)Clover says on 2/Jun/11

Normal shoes 188-189cm
Boots 190cm Vegas says on 2/Jun/11
austins probably taller now than back in the mid 1990s (due to better posture), back then his neck was causing him great distress, when he had his neck fusion his doctor claimed his neck would be stronger than before his injury, 4th paragraph down Click Here
