Austin is definitely 6'1" IMO. This pic of RVD, Stone Cold, Sabu & Chris Masters shows Austin has 2" on RVD. 6'0" is ridiculous for Stone Cold. Sabu is 3" shorter than RVD in this pic also, so Sabu is probably 5'8"-5'8.5".

The full 6ft2 is a bit to tall. But he does look near 6ft2. 186cm is a good estimate. Anything form 185cm to 187cm is right. He has clearly taller than John Cena (6ft0.5) at the Hall of Fame Ceremony by an inch. Alex says on 30/Mar/09

This is no different from any other videos I've ever seen of Vince and Austin myself, their height advantage goes back and forth constantly depending on the camera angle, and most of the time Austin's head is level with Vince's hair anyway, on top of that, Austin is almost always leaning forward anytime he appears shorter..
