5'11" flat with Rob.
Norm said on 12/Feb/22
I took a pic with him in '93 and he was at least 6'0. Of course, it also depends on how tall his hair was at the time.

6-0 guy peak
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 8/Oct/21
I think if you took guys like Honky, Hacksaw, Billy Graham or DiBiase, put them on DDPY and then re-measured them after a good while, they may end up like Foley and 'regain' some loose change height
Just a thought

Strong 5'11 with Rob
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 28/Mar/21
Weight gain has made him look shorter...full inch loss is possible but more likely was a little over 6ft
slim 6'1 said on 16/Jan/21
Was the full 6’
Now just a flat 5’11”
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 22/Aug/20
I think greater odds of 6ft0-0½ peak than say 5ft11¾. Didn’t look small next to Jake Roberts or Hulk. Weight gain and injuries from wrestling have taken some toll...
Nik Ashton said on 3/Jul/20
@ Roderick - I can see where you are coming from!
He is listed as 6’1” on many sites and I have even seen him listed as 5’4.5” online!

Honky Tonk Man was a HOOT in the ring !
6 foot in his prime, a strong 5'11" nowadays
Chris Junior Hernandez 1990 said on 18/Dec/19
He look like a combine version of Elvis Presley and Michael Madsen.
Nik Ashton said on 29/Sep/19
5’11.25” at tops! I like his name!
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 10/Sep/19
Rob, is a fraction above 6ft peak arguable?
Looking at him in the 80’s compared to now...he looks like he’s lost at least an inch

That might be the limit of what I'd argue for Honky, a strong 6ft range.
Roderick said on 16/Aug/19
Look closer, even you are slouching and you're almost at his hairline. Id say no more than 178-179 Rob
Roderick said on 19/Jul/19
He looks a bit shorter than this
DisdainForPlebs said on 2/May/18
Looks accurate to me
Boba Fett said on 16/Mar/18
Good listing. Was watching some of Honky's shoot interviews the other day, he's a funny guy, they're actually more memorable than his in-ring work, lol.
Nik said on 12/Dec/17
I like his name! I can't see him being this tall as Rob's posture is awful!
World Citizen said on 26/May/17
Looks as listed. 181 cm.
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 12/Feb/17
Not too far from his billed height at peak.
Peter 179cm said on 1/Jan/17
Rob's posture is awful here,i can't see this guy over 180cm.
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 25/Nov/16
I think a strong 6ft in his prime maybe
mrtguy said on 29/Oct/16
Rob, what would you say the height difference in this pic between the two??
![](/ar/rpav.jpg)
Editor Rob
typically about 3 inch
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 20/Oct/16
@Mayfield: That could be bang on. Looked near 6ft6 in the 80's (even though he was mainly billed at 6ft5). Still a bit over 6ft4 today looking at photos w/h DDP and Scott Hall. Edges both of them.
James B said on 20/Oct/16
Yeah Jake looked a good 6'5 range compared to undertaker
Arch Stanton said on 20/Oct/16
He looks exactly the sort of guy you'd see standing by the side of the road busking driving into Las Vegas haha.

a lot of these wrestlers by their 50's will lose some height. All the knocks and bashes these guys take is painful and long-term damaging.
Mayfield said on 18/Oct/16
Rampage in your opinion, about Jake
Peak 6'5 1/2
Current 6'4 1/4 to 1/2
What do you think? I actually believe he was firmly in the 6'5 range and recently with photos with DDP and Scott Hall, Jake has a slight edge. If he were to get a page, do those heights sound good to you?
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 6/Oct/16
Jake does look an easy 6ft5 with Honky Tonk and may very well have been a bit over that, I think he claimed 6ft6. Still looks at least a strong 6ft4 today.
Mayfield said on 22/Sep/16
Could you add Jake Roberts? Looks like a strong 6'5 here with Honky Tonk Man. But today he would be a 6'4 ranger

These billed heights in wrestling do my head in. I knew this guy wasn't 6ft2!

Looks spot on.
