Kriti is definitely taller than Anushka and that makes her taller than Katrina, Deepika and Sonam too. With Diana Penty all but disappeared, Kriti is the undisputed tallest actress at the moment as I've been saying for a while!!!

@nona, @qaqa - missed the IIFAs but would have loved to see Anushka (Sharma I assume?) alongside Kriti. I agree with your assessment that Kriti is taller than Anushka, but not sure if it's 2" or maybe less.

@qaqa: Yes I meant Anushka Sharma. As you say Anushka Shetty is the same height as Kriti Sanon but weighs 80 kgs compared to kriti's 53 Kgs and is huge compared to her. However Anushka Shetty may be heavier than Sonakshi who is 75 kgs but Sonakshi looks bigger as she is about 4" shorter than Anushka Shetty. All in all Anushka Shetty is one of the biggest girls in the Indian Film Industry and the only other actress who comes close to her is Tabu who is 5'8" & 78 kgs with really broad shoulders, wide hips and thck strong legs.

I watched the IIFA awards on TV yesterday and noticed that Kriti Sanon was about 2" taller than Anushka Shetty, so that would make Kriti 5'11". However Kriti is thinner than Anushka who has put on weight recently and weighs only 53 Kgs compared to Anushka's 58 Kgs.
There was also a performance by Sonakshi sinha and she looked absolutely huge with tree trunk like thighs and super broad shoulders and hips. I am sure Sonakshi tips the scales at close to 75 Kgs

Amit - Great pics buddy. To say that Namitha is big is an understatement, she is absolutely huge specially when compared to the other 2 girls. She is about 5'9" & going by the pics is easily 100 kgs. Just look at the size of those arms, legs, shoulders & hips.

@Rahul. Deepika has a habit of wearing hughe heels(4" to 5") in public. If she is 5'9" add 5" she is 6'2". She came to her debut film year Filmfare awards with such heels towered over everyone. she was at least 5" taller than Shahrukh khan. Here are some photos.

Imran won't lie and make himself shorter so I take it he is 5'10 or under if he says so. For Sonam to be shorter by a few inches either Imran needs to be in heels or she is under 5'10. In the photo parul has posted Its well evident that Aish is shorter than the girl Parul, But parul should be wearing heels of 1 - 1.5 inches to maker her have 3 1/2 inches adv over aish, If parul is 5'7" with 1 -1.5" heel than Aish is surely 5.5" as the other link I have posted. I tried this measuring the Length of the photo and relatively Estimating the difference.

Hrithik must also have atleast 1-2 inches in the shoes he had on. Tabu is absolutely stunning and stands well over 6.0'' at the screen awards.

If you look at these images you will surely get right idea about the height of Tabu. She is standing in flats next to Irfan Khan who is 5'11" (i have met him in person so can confirm). In the promos in NY she looked as tall as Irfan obviously she was wearing at least 3" heels.

Kareena would win. She is a bigger girl (broader not taller) compared to Ash. Her shoulders are broader and she has a visible six pack. She can easily lift and hold Ash for longer. Ash in my opinion is too slender and delicate to come out ahead in this test.

The Miss India's seem to be getting shorter compared to the earlier years. I am talking abt the times of Yukta Mookhey, Pooja Batra, Karminder Kaur, Sushmita Sen etc. Though the 2009 girls are all taller that Aishwarya. Guess Aishwarya is one of the shortest Miss India's ever. There is a pic of Aishwarya (5'6") with Yukta (6'1"), Sushmita (5'10")& Diana Hayden (5'10") and she looks so tiny compared to all of them, specially Yukta who is almost a head taller than Aishwarya and is so big compared to her that she can easily carry Aishwarya on her hips
The Miss India's seem to be getting shorter compared to the earlier years. I am talking abt the times of Yukta Mookhey, Pooja Batra, Karminder Kaur, Sushmita Sen etc. Though the 2009 girls are all taller that Aishwarya. Guess Aishwarya is one of the shortest Miss India's ever. There is a pic of Aishwarya (5'6") with Yukta (6'1"), Sushmita (5'10")& Diana Hayden (5'10") and she looks so tiny compared to all of them, specially Yukta who is almost a head taller than Aishwarya and is so big compared to her that she can easily carry Aishwarya on her hips

Mallika Sherawat - 5'6" and Rahul Bose - 5'4" is more accurate. Mallika thougth looks taller than 5'6" cos she has a very small waist with long legs. She proves that even thin girls can be curvaceous with nice hips.

I agree with observer below in that the average heights of indian women have dramatically increased in the past decade or so. Looking at my old high school photograph from 1990 I see barely any one over 5'4, however it is common nowadays to see young girls at malls towering over their parents at 5'9+. The guys have not grown that much though .. hehe :)

Kareena is my fav.actress..She is really 5.5" and amrita Arora is 5.2 1/2"....And Kareena has a habit tht she always wears heels...She looks beautiful and she can manage only in heels.....Moreover,Kareena;s face is very tall,very large and tht makes her look tall...By seeing her face we assume tht she is 5.7" bt she is only 5.5"....So apart frm tall body,face also contributess oemthing..Priyanka's face is normal .i.e. nt very big and nt very small...so har face looks smaller thn kareena long face.....Thus it makes a differnece....

I dont know abt the whole of South India but have seen that girls in Chennai are very tall. would also like if anyone has info about older actress koonika. she usually plays minor supporting negative roles. i saw her in a movie with tabu once and she seemed taller than her! and also just two days ago, shaadi karke phas gaya with salman and shilpa, kunika was in it and was a dominant figure next to shilpa! but in another movie dil ne phir yaad kia which has pooja batra and koonika, pooja was easily 2 inches taller. incidentally tabu was in here too and pooja seemed taller and taking above into acount, must be about 5"10. so is pooja the tallest of them all?????

Sonam Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are both 5'9" but Deepika looks taller cos she is thinner and has a more toned body then Sonam. Deepika must be about 60 Kgs in weight an Sona must be abt 65 kgs
