They think being unable to put on weight is an advantage. Well, it's not. I don't want to be stick thin. The heaviest I've ever weighed was 9 stone. I'm 5ft 7 1/2ins. That was when I was on The Pill. I did put on weight. And I had tits then.

I didn't watch 'Emmerdale' when Amanda starred in it, so it must be going back a few years now. It isn't news, as I'd heard about her being in it before.
It's high time I get myself a copy of 'The Lair of the White Worm'. Anything by the late, great Ken Russell is worth investing in and this one's particularly creepy and 'Russellesque'.
5ft7.5, but often looks taller. 😁

How about this one? I was in hospital way back when, watching TV with other patients in the TV Lounge. The film 'Castaway' was on, starring Amanda and Ollie Reed, when suddenly one of the more entertaining and spirited patients opened her mouth and bemoaned, "Doesn't anyone wear any clothes in this film?"
Amanda gets the full 5ft7.5 as listed here! Believe me, that night, nothing was left to the imagination! 😉

I thought Amanda was about 5ft10, but she is on the lean side. Perhaps I was under that impression because of the sinister part she played in Ken Russell's 'the Lair of the White Worm,' in which she looked overpowering and menacing!

lou: what's her personality like?

I've met her and believe she is shorter than that. I'm 5ft 7" and she was slightly shorter than me when she stood next to me with her arm around me.

I live next door to her and this height estimate sounds about right.
