She mentioned once in a TVGuide chat, "I'm 5' 9 1/2", although in Allure Magazine (February 2005) Heidi says that her actual height is 5ft 9 but she adds 1/2 inch because everyone else lies about their height. In a 2023 ExtraTV interview she also mentioned her weight: "I'm five, nine, I'm 138 [pounds]"

Not only am I quite a bit taller (he's [Michael J Fox] five feet four, I'm five feet nine), but I was also wearing heels, so the difference between us was even greater.

Lying 1/2inch is not even considered a lie. The winner would go to Brian Bloom's google listed height at 192cm. It's been edited down to a more realistic 180cm...I think Rob remembers this.

I'd say David around 5'4.5-5'5. and is wearing sneakers and she's leaning and losing height as well. If she were to straighten up the difference would probably be around 6 inches I'd say. I can't believe people do not pick on some obvious pictures that prove she can't be close to 5-9. On her instagram there is a recent pic of her in her usual heels and Howie Mandel in shoes. They are exactly the same height. On this site, people who have met him say he is no taller than 5-8 in shoes. Even give him 5-9. She should tower over him if she was 5-9 in heels and she is the same freaking height as him.

She is exactly the same height as Alessandra ambrosio at the recent AMFAR event. Josephine Skriver who is 5-10 was about 3 inches above the harry Winston sign in the background. Klum and Alessandra were close to the top of the sign if not at the top of the sign.

Maybe downgrading heidi 0.5 inch is the best solution since doutzen's height was given as 5'9 by DNA(her modelling agency), so she isn't above 5'9, otherwise the agency would have claimed it(maybe even bumped her height up a bit, and she would be listed 5'11). And she looks a solid 5'9,while heidi looks slightly under the mark.

Maybe downgrading heidi 0.5 inch is the best solution since doutzen's height was given as 5'9 by DNA(her modelling agency), so she isn't above 5'9, otherwise the agency would have claimed it(maybe even bumped her height up a bit, and she would be listed 5'11). And she looks a solid 5'9,while heidi looks slightly under the mark.

also, VS girls are not treated the same as runway models in high fashion. VS girls are all about the body and there is no need for height in this casting. Most of the girls are between 5'6-5'7. The tall tall high fashion runway girls are 5'8" MINIMUM because of the garments. There are no real garments in VS :) - For example, look up Lily Aldridge runway Resume on Models.com - - You will find that she has no runway except VS Runway because she is stunningly gorgeous but under 5'8". Marissa Miller too. Heidi is also quite short and has few real designer runways on her resume. VS is a totally different game.

The tall tall high fashion runway girls are 5'8" MINIMUM because of the garments. There are no real garments in VS :) - For example, look up Lily Aldridge runway Resume on Models.com - - You will find that she has no runway except VS Runway because she is stunningly gorgeous but under 5'8". Marissa Miller too. Heidi is also quite short and has few real designer runways on her resume. VS is a totally different game.

I do think all model agancies are lying to make models more employable. I do camera work for living. We've been shooting all kinds of models who claim to be like 180-185cm but in fact they are not. I'm 180cm and maybe one of ten models is slightly taller in shoes than me. Most models are 170-178 tops. They are saying their height with 6cm heels on. In modeling height is important because dresses looks better on taller person, they also chose skinny ones because modeling is about clothes not the girl. Designers just dont want women parts to be a distraction.

J.lee no offense but that picture doesn't prove anything. as you can likely tell yourself, the camera is at an odd angle making them all look different sizes. marisa miller in that pic looks the same height as heidi ( where as in reality she is like 2/3 incches shorter). i'd say they are about the same size though (heidi and AA) at about 5'7.5/5'8.

I wish I knew how to post a link, but you should check out Victoria Beckham's guest appearance on Germany's Next Top Model. Heidi is considerably taller, but her heels are gigantic, giving her a couple of inches over Mrs Beckham's large platforms. I'd say 5'8.5" maybe.

Runway starts at 5'9"-6'0".if you are 6'1" they'll list you as 6'0"(oluchi is 6'1" but agency lists 6'0") It is the 5'7"-5'8" that do commercials & print work. Heidi is 5'9".possibly 5'8.5" but nothing less.

no, YOU don't know what you're talking about. You don't have to be 5'10. Heidi isn't really a runway model anyway (VS doesn't count). She's far more known for her print work. Besides, you can throw 5'10 on a comp card and no one would know the difference.

I think that Klum is about 5'7... I have always followed fashion and have paid attention to her height in photos and TV, b/c to me she always seemed shorter than most other models... Most add 1 inch to their height because they've say their height WITH shoes. Driver licences and police Mugshots will reflect their height as measured then, and virtually always person is wearing 1/2 inch to 1 inch shoes minimum.

She has a unique face which makes her likeable. Her accent is a little annoying though.

well, i don't want to say that about rob cuz i like the guy, he is accurate on most i think. but like heidi and kelly rowan, I question their height. Jessie, all you have to do is copy the youtube adress on the side and paste. here Click Here But Jessie, this one heidi does actually look closer to tyra's height. more like 5 foot 8 1/2. Rob, how bout you change it to 5 foot 8 1/2. I think that is the most accurate.

Here is some more evidence! Okay, I wish I knew how to post this but i can't (sorry) but go on youtube and search- 'heidi klum tyra banks 2'. Wach the video added by lilo3110, it should be the first video that comes up. There is atleast a 2 inch difference between them and Tyra is 5'10.

Rob, so are you suggesting that she is one of the shortest looking 5 foot 9 girls? When you think of heidi, people start thinking, she's not that tall! But when you think of mischa barton who is five nine, people start thinking, she's a tall girl! Do you ever consider heidi to be 5 foot 7.5 or 5 foot 8? That trya video is pretty convincing.

Please that photo hardly counts as evidence. You can't see her full body and god knows what kind of ridiculouse heals she is wearing! Everyone who has met her says she is from 5'7 to 5'8. I personaly think she is self conciouse about saying 5'91/2 because she knows her true height is a good couple inches below that. Think about it, she comes clean about lying about her height by a whole half an inch lol. If she truely were a solid 5'9, she'd be 5'91/2 in the morning anyway and she still finds it neccisary to come clean about something that is very important in her career.

It looks like one of those guys is Ryan Seacrest who is ALWAYS towered by girls. If heidi is 5 foot 9, she should tower over Ryan the way Jordan sparks does. Not to mention you can't tell what kind of shoes heidi is wearing. She could be wearing 6 inch heels, she always does.
