@RP: I actually think he lost height even earlier than that. I agree with Rob that he may be a guy who lost his before other wrestlers. I don’t rule out the 6’5-6’5.5 Peak range like you said but probably in the 70s. However, I saw pics of Hogan with Barkley and he looked shorter. Barkley measured 6’4 5/8” in 1992. But if we go with peak height for Hogan, I do feel that we can safely rule out 6’6” at this stage of the game. There was absolutely no way that He was 6’6” peak next to Sid. I think 6’5.25” would be a decent start for him like you and 62B said

@ Canson, I agree. 6’5.25” to 6’5.5” peak.
Possibly 6’5.5” absolute peak late 70’s into late 80’s.
6’5” by 1992.
6’4.5” by 1995.
6’4” by 2000
6’3.5” by 2005
6’3” by 2010.
This is why Bruno called him 6’5” or 6’6” in one of his earliest matches in the late 1970’s with the WWF. He described him as about 6’5” to 6’6” & over 300 lbs. even though Vince SR was trying to push a 6’8” billing for the young Hogan.

Thats a good comparison of Sid and Hogan, thanks for sending that pic through, it still depicts about a 1' - 1.25 inch difference between them, to be honest thats the closest in height between them that i have ever seen, i still struggle to see how Hogan was ever a peak 6'6, i think around 6'5 is as high i would go for peak Hogan, no more than 6'5.25 at the very most.

Even Robert Oberst looked taller than peak Hogan

@ Rufus, yep! Sid would always do that with everyone during stare downs. It would make him appear 0.5” to 0.75” taller. Sid also wore a pretty thick chunky wrestling boot in many matches. Sid once also in an interview a few years ago, attributed his broken leg/ankle on having to wear as he put it “a heavy thick ring boot”. I truly think Sid had about a 1/2” in ring footwear advantage on Hulk Hogan & Undertaker.

@Editor Rob: so to revisit this one, do you think there’s really only 1/4” between Hogan and Sid? It looked much more than that as it was noticeable
Editor Rob
The question is whether Hogan lost some height earlier than others. I don't discount the idea entirely.
Public Enemy said on 25/May/20
That’s an excellent point Rufus. Sid always raised his head but yeah there isn’t much difference at all from the top of their heads if you exclude Sid’s weave.
Canson said on 25/May/20
@62B, Ben Bell, and RP: Thanks for your replies and I hope you enjoy your Memorial days. I have always thought along the lines of 62B that Hogan was 6’5.25”. Now with that admission from Sid about his own height, that’s very telling. There’s two variables with regards to Sid’s height. Is he just 6’6” flat? Or could he Really be as high on a normal day as 6’6.5? But I think at any rate Hogan’s peak needs some attention from Rob. 6’6” was always too high and it’s no more evident than now. As to what Ben Bell said, 6’3.5-6’4” isn’t a surprise given the fact that Alan32080 another poster here guessed him at that height too when he first met him. I’m actually one of the ones here who thinks Hogan is 6’3” or perhaps even a hair over like 6’3.25”. I didn’t always but I do now.
Rufus said on 25/May/20
The wrestling eye magazine had a photo of Hogan and Sid "nose to nose". Sid had his chin raised up really high so it's a little hard to tell but if you look at the top of there heads it does not appear to be much of a height difference between Hogan and Sid.

@Canson. 6'5.25" for peak Hulk has been my estimate for a while now. I think 6'4 3/4" is about the lowest I would guess him at peak. He definitely looked taller than my Grandfather. Some of it could have been footwear, it's not something I was paying attention to back in 1980.

Great post.
Only a few guys I think were taller, Nash and Windham and that’s only from meeting Nash twice.
I think Animal is shorter.
I bet you’re with 1” on all of them which is a solid guess when all variables are taken in to account.
When I met Hogan a few years ago I though 6’3.5-6’4. However I have bad posture due to back surgery so even though I can stand 6’025 I probably wasn’t. I could take an inch off Hogan.
Its rare I actually stand my full height.
Again a really solid post.

Keep in mind that by the time Hulk wrestled Sid he already lost 1-1.5 inches in height. Hogan was at a peak when he wrestled Andre in Shea Stadium in 1979. All the photo comparisons are not of Hulk at his peak. Hulk really put his body through hell more than a lot of performers.

If Sid Eudy was truly 6’6” barefoot, that’s a game changer for sure.
Peak barefoot heights:
Sid Vicious Eudy: 6’6”
Undertaker: 6’6”
Kane: 6’6.5”
Hulk Hogan: 6’4.5”
Andre: 6’10.5”
Kevin Nash: 6’8.75”
Scott Hall: 6’4.5”
Jake Roberts: 6’4”
Ric Flair: 5’11”
Randy Savage: 6’0”
Ultimate Warrior: 6’1.5”
Brett Hart: 5’11.75”
Roddy Piper: 6’0.5”
Big Show: 6’10.5”
One Man Gang: 6’5”
Earthquake: 6’4.75”
Vince McMahon: 6’1”
Barry Wyndham: 6’4”
Lex Lugar: 6’2.75”
Sting: 6’2”
Arn Anderson: 5’11”
Tully Blanchard: 5’10”
Dusty Rhodes: 5’11”
Zeus: 6’5”
Stone Cold: 6’1”
The Rock: 6’2.5”
HHH: 6’2”
Randy Orton: 6’3.75”
Jerry Lawler: 5’10”
Brock: 6’2.25”
Hawk: 6’2”
Animal : 6’1.5”
Black Jack Mulligan;: 6’5”
Dan Spivey: 6’5.75”
All that said, it’s still hard to say for sure, because so many wrestlers wore so many different types of boots & footwear.
Example: Hulk Hogan looked to have worn a 1.25” wresting boot mostvof his career in the WWF (1984-1993) era and Sid looked to have worn a 1.75” wrestling boot.. Undertaker looked to have worn 1.25” wrestling boots, Andre wore 0.75” to 1” max wrestling boots, Big Show wears 2.25” to 2.5” wrestling boots, Kane wears 2.75” to 3” wrestling boots, Brett Hart wore 0.75” to 1” wrestling boots, Ric Flair wore 1.5” to 1.75” wrestling boots, Zeus wore a 2.5” logger boot, John Cena wears 1” to 1.3” sneakers, Kevin Nash wore 1” to 1.25” wrestling boots. Jake Roberts would sometimes wear 1.25” boots and other times vs very certain opponents would wear his big 2” boots. So, that’s what makes it hard to nail down wrestlers true barefoot heights. And was Sid a true FLAT 6’6” barefoot? Or was he 6’6” & change, such as 6’6 1/4” or 6’6 3/8” (like Rob suggest) hard to tell? And I’m sure it was hard for Sid to recall 100% for certain if he was measured barefoot in 1985 by The Memphis Steamboats at 6’6”, 6’6.25”...6’6.5”...etc.

Agreed RP. Even if Rob uses 6’6.25” for Sid it means 6’5” for Hogan tops. That was probably 3cm between them max. 6’5.25 peak for Hogan May be a start

I'd still go with 6'5.25 for Hogan's peak.

Today he still looks a good solid 6'3/6'3.25 when he stands straight.

Billed 6-8 vs Andre. Lol. 6-5 seems more and more accurate

With the Sid admission the most I could go for peak Hogan is 6’5.5

Meeting him in 2014 he was 6’3.5-6’4.
It all depends on Hogans posture, his posture is all over the place and he rarely stands straight.
Canson said on 20/May/20
@Guy Pacitto: I think he should come down to 6’5.5 to start although 6’5 is arguable. Sid is probably ok. Maybe 6’6.5 but no less

Rob, Sid and Undertaker’s peak have been reduced.

Can the same be said for Hogan, I just don’t see him being the same height as Sid and within 1 inch of Taker at peak.

I can buy 6’5” or 6’5.5” at peak in the seventies but nowadays looks 6’2.5” or 6’2.75”
Editor Rob
I think it's hard to imagine Sid not having lost near an inch, so if he is still looking 6ft 5-5.5 today, maybe 6ft 6 and change was his actual measurement.

Hogan definitely seemed shorter than Sid, but then when he lost height is up for debate. A 20's Hogan wasn't the same as 30's Hogan.

@JT: Hogan’s knee is slightly bent and in that pic there isn’t that much between them even before that. They could potentially be the same after. I’m not saying Barkley isn’t taller by way of the footwear advantage Hogan has but was Hogan still 6’5” in 1995? I don’t think he was. Probably right around 6’4 if that. Barkley only measured 6’4 5/8” in his prime, which was likely his afternoon height. He wasn’t as low as 6’4 I doubt. If you’ve see the documentary the Last Dance they show closeups with Dennis Rodman and Rodman towers over him in 1998.

Absolute lowest I would buy for Hogan is 6'4 1/2 peak but that's probably pushing it.

Barkley wasn't as low as 6'4 1/2. No way.

6 foot 3ish makes sense, I once saw him next to Colin Cowherd, a guy that claims to be 6 foot 2, and Hogan barely looked taller than him if at all. I came back here just to say that I think he looks 6 foot 3, but it seems people already figured that out. I think Hogan's posture could be better, but he looks no lower than 190 cm I guess. Hogan himself doesn't even claim 6'8 for his peak and he is notorious for stretching the truth..

If Hogan was 6'8 in 85 with Belzer then he would be ~6'10 in cowboys. Most agree Mr T was around 5'10 peak, so 5'11 range in those shoes. There is no way 11 inches difference there Click Here

Hi Rob, would you agree that given both Mean Gene, Jessie Ventura, and most notably Gorilla Monsson would always refer to Hogan’s height as 6’8” and close to 6’9” on many occasions that he was right around 6’6.5” barefoot. They would seem to add 2” to everyone’s heights in the 80’s. And by the time he is wrestling Sid in the early 90’s at almost 40 he was down to 6’6”, maybe a hair under which is why Sid who was very close to 6’8” barefoot was 1-2” taller.
Editor Rob
It was common to inflate guys like Hogan towards 6ft 8

Hulk Hogan was definitely 6'7" at his peak. The entire reason that he started being called "Hulk" is that he dwarfed the 6'5" Lou Ferrigno in his prime. Like, if you look at old photos, Bollea is noticeably larger.

You’re basically proving my point that Hogan was 6’4 5/8” in his prime because he wasn’t any taller than Barkley.

I’m said I’ll buy Hogan at 6’5.25” because everyone’s so hung up on him being 6’6” peak, but I truly only think he was a weak 6’5” peak and 6’2.75” max today.

He actually looked 6'7 next to Ali trump and McMahon if there in the 6'2-3" range or lowest 6'6 but then with lister he looks about 6'5.5" I can't give him lower peak to be fair. Andre was alot taller than Hogan even the wm3 picture if you imagine tilting hogans chin down were it should be he'd be at Andres nose follow the line into Andres head there's at least 6" in the difference possibly 7" considering the size of he's head peak Andre had Hogan easy 7-8" I know it doesn't look it but I've seen all types of photos and height is very deceiving look at your own photos on your phone youll realize it youll probably even come across some1 slightly shorter than you an youll look shorter in a picture

6’5.5 Barefoot peak
6’3.5 barefoot today.
Such a strange bodily structure due to decades or steroids and injuries.
Hard to guess peak arms size. I met him in 2014 and his arms were bigger than I expected.
I’d guess peak 22” because he had those big triceps, when I met him I’d say 19”-20”. Just an all over bigger guy than I expected.
Met lots of wrestler who had less mass, Hogan was actually bigger. Looked a solid 280lbs. Super thick wrists, massive feet and head.
I bet he was a sight in 88.
Meeting guys like Ultimate Warrior, Sting, Flair etc were all smaller and slimmer than I expected. Hogan was just built differently, very much like Scott Hall. Big frame with wide shoulders.

So I pasted this into my paint program and blew it up and zoomed in on their feet. Hulk definitely has the footwear advantage. It got a little grainy, but he for sure had the bigger heal and thicker sole. Its also looked like a possible small internal lift. The peak height of Hulk Hogan should be considered not over his 45 years, because of his heavy body damage. Peak between 196 and 198, but I don't think he's less than 6'3" by now.

You could argue 6'5 range peak, but come on, he was easily 6'5, nothing under it. Nowhere near 24 inch pythons though. Brian Shaw is much bigger than Hulk ever was, 100 pounds + heavier and only has 23 inch arms before a workout. I'd say Hulk was nearer 20, maybe 21 peak. Which is still massive.

The fact that people think Hogan was 6’6”-6’6.5” in his prime is crazy.

Look at Hogan standing next to 6’7.5” Kevin Love, there’s no way Hogan was almost Kevin Loves height at one point.

Sid, on this site, has a peak height of 6'6"3/4. I think he was more like 6'6.5.

Now even if Sid was really 200cm at his peak, he had no less than 1.5 inches on Hogan. So Hogan at 6'6" its just wrong.

But as I said in my opinion Sid was max 199cm. Today him and Taker are in the same boat, they are shorter by at least 1 inch

from 2015 so not sure if height loss has become more pronounced since but if Snoop is the 6’3.75 Rob lists him Hogan looks his listing. 2cm. He wouldn’t be as low as 6’2” then. The real question is was Snoop a legit 6’4” in his prime or more like 6’3.5? Rob lists him at 6’3.75 but the argument can be made for all three as he appeared taller than Harden in a pic (likely camera advantage) but around 3 cm maybe even 1.5” or 1.75 shorter than Kobe Bryant in 2016. If Snoop were a legit 6’4 it would make Hogan closer to what Alan32080 guessed him in person (even before we determine whether or not he is standing his tallest).

62B said on 13/Feb/20
@ Canson. I think most evidence (pictures, video's, personal sightings)put Hulk in the solid 6'5 range peak. I think the times he looked closer to 6'6" (like the early DiBiase footage) he probably has a little bit of padding in the soles of his boots. Today he looks just 6'2-6'2 1/2" most of the time to me, but would not be overly surprised if he still touched 6'3" either.
Riccardo 5'7 said on 13/Feb/20

Big ed said on 26/Jan/20
Why would Hogan be 6'8 or 6'9 ever when he said himself his tallest was 6'7 which I'd say he exaggerates all the time his best friend ed Leslie said he trained with Terry and they where measured in the gym and Hogan was slightly above 6'5 and he was nearly 6'3 Hogan was 285lbs and he was 240

Henry, Hogan was 6’9” but that was in his wrestling boots. Hogan's peak height was in the mid to late 1970s
I've had multiple conversations with my chiropractor about Hulk Hogan.

Peak 1970s Hogan was at least 6,8 1/4" barefoot and probably over 6'9" with a good 8+ hours of sleep.
------------------------------

Then Hulk lost about 3" from the late 70's to early the early 80's, because he was nowhere near 6'8" when I saw him in 1980

@Miko: I could see about 6’6 out of bed 6’5.25 afternoon and 6’5 extreme low (on a rare occasion). I think if Rob lowered him to 6’5.5 it would fit well enough being this is based on lunchtime and he would conceivably be 6’5 3/8” by that logic give or take. Even if it’s over by a hair that’s only max 1/4” or 1/3”. I doubt his prime was under 6’5” or over 6’5.5

Sid was close to 6'7, Hulk mostly looked 1.5' shorter than him. Sid was Undertaker range and not that much shorter (maybe 2 inches) than 6'9/6'9.5 Kevin Nash.

Hogan was losing height in 1980. All the pictures where Hulk is compared to guys like Sid and the Undertaker are in the late 80s and early 90s. Hulk wrestled André the Giant in 1979 in Shea Stadium so was already putting his body through wear and tear and suffered from scoliosis. He already lost an inch from 6’6 at his peak in the 70s to 6’5 in the mid 80s. Then the leg drop and two dozen knee, hip and back surgeries to now puts him at 6’3 today. I wonder if the latest fusion surgery will restore an inch of his height as it has the potential maybe.

Hogan was never 6’6” afternoon height. 6’5-6’5.5 range max. I do agree he was around 6’5 flat max in the mid to late 80s maybe even dipping under later in the day by late 80s. By the 90s he was 6’4 range and even today I doubt he dips much under 6’3 if even that low. Possibly 6’2.75-6’3.25 range afternoon and 6’3.5-6’4 out of bed

My personal opinion is that he fits into one of these three or somewhere in between the low and high end. I consider the afternoon height to be someone’s true height and Rob may use the afternoon or 1/8” above the afternoon as a lunchtime height

High end:
Out of bed 6’6.25
Afternoon 6’5.5
Extreme low 6’5.25

Mid
Out of bed 6’6
Afternoon 6’5.25
Extreme 6’5

Low end
Out of bed 6’5.75
Afternoon 6’5
Extreme 6’4.75

Today

Out of bed 6’3.5 (low) 6’4 (upper end)
Afternoon 6’2.75 (a bit low but still a slim possibility) and 6’3.25 is upper end but still possible

With that said, I could see the mid as a really good possibility the same as my buddy. I think a downgrade for his peak to 6’5.5 would be a very good start. If anything 6’5.75 would be a decent start

Hogan's lost a considerable amount of height over the years, almost more then any other wrestlers from his era. Barefoot peak I would say real close to 6'6, but just a hair under it. A little over 6'6 with shoes on at his peak & 6'7 in his wrestling boots seem about right. So when he use to claim 6'7, it was probably in his wrestling boots at his peak, back in the late 1970's. He always looked about 5 inches shorter then Andre the Giant. Now I would only give him about 6'3 in shoes. So I would say he's lost a full 3 inches from his peak height.
Jackson Waterson said on 22/Dec/19
Most of the people referring to Hogan’s height in the mid 1980s don’t realize he was already outside his peak. He wrestled Andre in 1979 in Shea stadium and put a lot of ware and tear on his body by the time he faced Sid and the Undertaker in the 90s who he is compared and contrasted with. I am curious to see how the most recent spinal fusion surgery last month is going to affect his height. Hopefully he will gain some of the height he lost.

@Caldonio: he was prob 2 or 2.5” shorter max. Rodman peak was maximum 6’6.5. Hogan wasn’t in his prime then but I do agree with both estimates. 6’5-6’5.5 range peak and a current height around 6’3”. I think he could still be the solid 6’3” and peak maybe 6’5.25” (6’6 out of bed)
Caldonio said on 12/Dec/19
Next to Dennis Rodman he was a good few inches shorter. Strong 6-5 peak. Now 6-3 just imo.
Canson said on 5/Dec/19
@Roderick: I never saw him as high 6’11”. Maybe Andre’s height of a solid 6’11 peak. Andre when he passed was closer to 6’10 or perhaps slightly less

@Canson I don't know what happened to Show honestly. He's in the 6'9"-6'9.5" range now but I think he was probably in that high 6'11" range at his peak. His height loss is bizarre
Canson said on 30/Nov/19
Everyone needs to realize with Hogan Taker and Big Show that the wrestling took a toll on their bodies. None of these guys walks their tallest or stands their tallest all the time. It wouldn’t surprise me if they could all get to within 1/2” of their current listings If not hitting the listing. And a guy like Show or Taker is expected to lose more height being over 6’6” in their primes
Canson said on 30/Nov/19
@Mikey: agreed. If anything the height loss for Hogan is wildly exaggerated. He was minimum 6’5” peak. Anywhere 6’5 to 6’5.5 and today is still 6’3”. Rob has his current height accurately listed. He may be a hair under or even slightly over 6’3” but his peak is overlisted. He was never a legit 6’6” afternoon height
Mikey97 said on 29/Nov/19

Hogan had a style he never really stood perfectly straight he was always in his pose showing off his arms bending is knees and neck it was a show. Too many posters want him standing like Khali or Sid Vicious who always wore a good heel on his boot. Hogan definitely broke the 6 6 mark AT HIS PEAK WHICH IS NOT TODAY IN HIS MID 60'S.
FMExTREME said on 26/Nov/19
Hogan has lost a lot height over the years, barely clearing 6’3 nowadays and at peak I believe he would have been slightly lower than 6’6, maybe 6’5 1/2 peak back in the 80’s and by mid to late 90’s during the NWO days Hogan was down to 6’4 1/2 range as the 6’9 Nash at that time had 4-5inches on Hogan and 6’11 Big Show had at least 6 inches on Hogan.
Caldonio said on 25/Nov/19

Hogan is worn down as far as his joints go but as far as general health & exterior wise, he's looking great for 66, he doesn't look THAT much older than he did in the early 2000's.

Peak height, just likely fractionally cleared 6'5. A 6'6 Hogan puts Sid at near 6'8 which is too high.
RP said on 23/Nov/19
Hulk Hogan & Jake Roberts from 1987-1991 were “nearly” the same height. But, Hogan was marginally taller. It always looked as if Hogan was 0.5” to 0.75” taller than Roberts. Depending on if Jake had his thick wrestling boots on or not?
IMO: Hogan 6’5.25” to 6’5.5” & Roberts 6’4.75” at their peaks.
Johan 185 cm said on 23/Nov/19
Just can't see Hogan ever being 6'6" never mind over. He wore cowboyboots ALOT so had at least 0.5 inch more footwear than other wrestlers.

The very most I could see him was 6'5.5" as he was (footwear considered) 1.5 inches+ (0.5in shoe adv) shorter than a max 6'7.5" Undertaker.
Canson said on 23/Nov/19
Hogan was not “way over 6’6” nor was he 2” taller than Jake. Hogan was only about 1.5-2” shorter than 6’7 range Undertaker and was shorter than 6’6-6’6.5 Dennis Rodman

Hogan looks slightly shorter than 6 6.5 to 6 7 Rodman. Look at the top of their heads, not eye line.

Often times Rodman has a hat on so we can't see the top of his head. Hogan has a large block head so his eye line is lower Rodman has smaller round head.

Rodman claimed 6’6” so I doubt that he was 6’6.5-6’7. He was probably just 6’6.5 afternoon height max. Maybe less

I met Stone Cold around 2001 when WWE came to Miami and used Bally’s gym to get a session in. I’m a hair under 6’1 in the mornings and 6’0 1/2 in the afternoons. I remember chatting with Stone Cold and he was 6’2 without a doubt. Kevin Nash was also there and he’s huge. If you see the pics where Hulk and Stone Cold are starting at each other Hulk has him by about 2.5-3 inches. I have no doubt he was 6’6 (or very very close to it) in his early years. He was about and inch taller than Jake the Snake who was a legit 6’5 peak. Jake himsself has admitted Hogan was taller than him.

And how Taker looked in that occasion?
Forgotmyname said on 10/Oct/19
Well, I think some posters forget some important factors, when judging Hulk#s height.

1. The man is 66 years old. A male at that age can lose 1 inch by then. But with Hogan`s lifestyle (wrestling) and health it may be even more. He has two artificial hips and if you have seen his back surgeries you know what happened. I could buy 2 inches of height loss by that.

2. Hogan rarely stands straight. Maybe it´s his back or whatever, Hogan today does not stand tall. Sometimes I think he does that on purpose, so nobody can judge his current height with a legit taller guy.

3. Hogan wore thick wrestling boots and cowboy boots outside the ring. So he always appeared taller than he actually was.

I would give Hulk 1,95 m peak height and 1,89 m now. That´s a lot of height loss, yes, but possible.
Canson said on 10/Oct/19

Now the problem is that also Titus doesn't always look even 6'3", so hard to say.

Considering that at this point I give him 6'2"75/6'3"/6'3".25 range today but I doubt he lost that much.

How can I believe that Hogan, at his prime, would have been the taller man in this picture?

@ Sotiris,
Hey BrothA!
I actually agree with you on Troy Aikman. He was actually 6’3 1/2” max! IMO...never 6’4”! My argument has always been in regards to Dan Marino. Rob has him listed @ 6’3 1/4”...that’s a bit too low, because Dan Marino was always at least 0.25” maybe even close to 0.5” taller than Troy Aikman from 1989-1999 when they would play each other & meet on the field. There are also some of the field pics showing this. So, Rob...if Troy is really 6’3.5” ? Then a peak Dan Marino was a minimum 6’3.75”! I’ve always argued that Marino was close to a legit 6’4”...not Aikman, Marino was actually officially measure @ 6’3 5/8” is JR year @ Pitt @ age 20. And word is by the time he was 22 & with The Dolphins, he reached 6’4” (Legit) ??? He was often a fraction taller than other 6’4” listed NFL QBs in the 80’s & 90’s & was always noticeably taller than the 6’3” listed QBs. Sotiris, What are your thoughts on Marino? It’s obvious at his prime, he was at least 1/4” taller than Aikman.
Alan32080 said on 6/Oct/19
@Canson, Your right in line with me. I’ve only been around him at night a few times and he’s always in shoes at that time. Definitely still above 6’3” now in the morning. Not a crazy amount but still above. In the mornings he seems around 1/2” but could be a hair smaller. Still it’s noticeable tho. I’m gonna split hairs and just say 6’3.25” is a pretty good assumption probably a little shy of his morning height but so close that it really doesn’t matter. As for peak, I’m with you 100% on his peak. Not under 6’5” and not more than 6’6”. I’m gonna say 6’5.5” would be the best peak walking around between 8-3 during the day. Wasn’t trying to be a dick to that guy but pictures lie. In some pictures he looks 6’4” but I know that’s not the case. With you being a bigger guy Canson and pretty close to his peak I think your estimates would be the best to apply to his peak. He would lose around the same loss you do from morning to night.

I even thought Jameis Winston might be a legit 6'4", but ppl say he's only 6'3.5". The pic w/ Aikman back in 2010 is way too damning. @Alan32080: even using your normal low which is the site Standard (6’2.67-.75) that would still make Hulk (based on your estimation) what you guessed him as and absolutely not less than a legit 6’3” guy. Prob more a strong 6’3” like you suggested. Half inch difference if it’s that would make him around 191cm. 6’2.5 as a max is too low imho even though I respect Sotiris’s opinion. I could go to a solid 6’3” like he’s listed but I’ve said before too 6’3-6’3.25 is a possibility. I would say that I think there’s prob a better chance of a few “hairs” above the mark than that half inch below it. My possibilities are below:

Peak:

Out of bed 6’5.75-6’6.5
Afternoon height (normal low) 6’5-6’5.5
The 6’5.5-6’6” range is higher imo but it’s probably more feasible than something like 6’4.5-6’5” or 6’4-6’4.5 or 6’6-6’6.5.

Current

Out of bed 6’3.25 (a bit low imho) to 6’4.25 (a bit high imho but that puts him around where you said he looked).

Based on that, it makes him 6’2.5 (looks too low) to 6’3.5 (looks a bit high) I really would rule anything above that mark out or below 6’2.5. I really would say reasonable based on how he looks 6’2.75-6’3.25. My personal guess is 190.5 or 191cm. I don’t think he’s under 6’3” at all
Alan32080 said on 5/Oct/19
@Sotiris Gravas sorry man, I hate to tell you this but I can with 100% certainty tell you that your height guess for Hulk now is wrong! Not even questionably close. I’m 6’3” on the nose. No more, no less! He’s minimum 6’3.25 - 6’3.5” now. He’s taller than me. That’s barefoot. No shoes or unlevel surfaces that’s eye to eye and Hulks taller! That’s a fact and I’m positive of my height. No rounding up or down. Pictures can go one way or the other on height guessing. You can obviously pick and choose certain pictures to push your opinion but me knowing him and being around him I don’t need to guess from a picture. Sorry man. Hate to be that guy but your wrong!

@62B: to be honest I can see where Alan32080 is coming from too. Hulk to me can still look 6’3”. And 6’3.25 or 6’3” and change while a bit high in some pics may be realistic if he can pull off 6’3” at times. Now I can safely (in my opinion) rule out 6’3.5”. Below or above seem like outliers. Really to me fair game would appear to be 6’2.75-6’3.25 at a normal afternoon low with 6’3.25-.5 being remotely possible and 6’2.5-.75 also being possible

Its always a little hard with Hulk in pictures, because more often than not he seems to stand with bent knees even though it may look like he isn't. I remember a picture being posted with SGT Slaughter were Hogan did not look that tall, and it did not look like he was bending his knees, but there was a mirror in the back ground showing that he was. Personally I still think he generally looks about 6'2.5" in most pictures. But I also believe Alan32080, as he interacts with him on a semi regular basis. Also to me when Joeyb33 said Hogan was at least his height it means that he thought he is no shorter than 6'2.25" maybe even a little taller, but probably not as tall as his 6'3.25" brother, or I think he would have mentioned it. Maybe Hulk was doing a little bit of the bent knee thing when Joey saw him, making it a little hard to judge his exact height. Pictures are great, but nothing like seeing in person.

Dude, Hogan is standing closer to the camera -- just like Terry Crews -- and his posture looks perfect. If Hogan was really taller than max 6'2.5", he'd look it, yet obviously doesn't. Hogan didn't look 6'3" w/ Aikman almost a decade ago. There's no way he's 6'3" almost ten years later. The only way Hogan looks taller is by way of footwear.

@Riccardo

As for Titus next to Hogan, this is Titus w/ max 6'3.5" Jameis Winston... Click Here Titus always looks max 6'2.5" w/ Winston.

The person who uses footwear to look taller is 100% Hogan, not Titus.

The fact that Hogan looked max 6'2.5" way back w/ Aikman, yet ppl still insist he's 6'3" or over at the age of 66 is crazy to me.

Remember, this was Hogan (closer to camera) w/ Tito Ortiz, who's UNDER 6'2":

ZERO chance Hogan is over 6'2.5" today.
