He was measured with 169 JOJO and he was taller than JOJO in 2010 (probably 170-171). He has grown since then.

As I said on the Woody Harrelson page, I had a friend growing up who was always short, but had a late growth spurt and wound up at least a solid 5'9" or 5'9.5" yet when he was in his early 20's, his drivers license still said 5'5". This was about 10 years ago, but for all I know his license still says 5'5"! Bieber clearly had a late growth spurt. I don't like him one bit, but there's 0 chance he's still 5'4" and no recent evidence I've seen that he wears lifts, much less 3" lifts!

@prince The problem is, you're looking at a site where they did the conversions wrong. They list him at 180 cm (which is actually about 5'11"), but converts it to 5'8" anyways. So there is a miscommunication with the conversion. This is why you never convert cm/m to feet and stop right there (you will notice there is no such thing as 10 or 11 inches when you're doing the conversion, because it only goes up to 9 basically). But then again, even if you did convert 180 cm to feet. You get 5.91 feet (rounding to the nearest hundreth of a foot), so i want to ask what the heck kind of conversions they did. No wander math teachers always ask "show me your work." So they can tell where you've f*cked up basically lol.

Editor Rob Johnson, it's simply that the values are stored in feet/inches and whenever a metric value is displayed, the nearest cm is shown. So 5ft 7.5 is slightly closer to 171 than 172.
If I used 1 decimal place for metric, then you'd see a lot more xxx.5 displayed. Not sure if I should ever do that...
