Shoulder bone is pretty much at Rob's eye level that's consistent with a 6'3 guy, I've never seen a 6'2 guy have that high of a shoulder next to Rob.
Definitely losing height as far as eye-level goes but how much? Hard to say.
I'd say definitely not less than a weak 6'3 or solid 190.

If you watch in him in Season 3 of 24 he's a minimum 6.5" -7" taller than 5'8.5" Kiefer Sutherland. I think Rob is correct he's not below 190.5cm at all. He also holds a much looser posture in general and is not "Henry Cavill" level height conscious. I believe the lowest he could be is 190cm but I wouldn't be surprised with 190.5cm/6'3". In fact I think he's 6'3". Not everyone is going to stand at full posture, particularly in pictures with someone ~7" shorter...going by just one picture isn't sufficient....

Those who are saying that Paul doesn't look over 6'2", are probably forgetting the fact that his posture's looser than Rob's. He looks at least a good 6'2.5", maybe 6'2.75"

Editor RobPaul was a guy who used to put down 6ft 2 as his height, but he just seemed taller than that in TV shows and in person. 2.75 would be a bit of a possibility, but that might be lowest I'd ever guess.

But then DeKay can look close in height with 6'1 Sharif Atkins on the show, so he might not be much over 6'1.5. Near 2 inches taller than DeKay was the impression I got of Blackthorne compared to him, so I'd say 6'3.5 is a good shout. And another thing: Paul was described as 5'10 in '24'! Just goes to show how little you can actually put into an actor's listing on a show/movie.

Blackthorne played Harry Dresden in the Dresden Files--the character is 6'4" and he fit the height requirement. In the novels, Dresden drove a Volkswagen Bug, but Blackthorne's legs were so long they ended up scrapping that, and put him into a Jeep instead. So yeah, he's pretty darn tall.

I just saw the premiere episode of his new series, "The Dresden Files". My first impression was he's not more than 6'0", but then again on the show he has a disheveled appearance, not the majestic aura that goes with someone 6'3" or taller.
