yeah, i think he's a solid 6'3, maybe even a hair above it, if we give Thor 6'7,75 with Hasselhoff if he's standing tall, Zydrunas only look 1/2 inch shorter than Hoff with a much better stance Thor.i think Hoff today is still 6'3 5/8 - 6'3,75 with Rob, so strong 6'3 is ruled out for Z

I think this guy is possibly under-estimated here, unless Eddie Hall is actually 6ft and Licis is 6’1. He looks 3-4 inches taller than Eddie Hall and at least 2 inches taller than Matins Licis.

There are few full pictures of him out there, standing close to other famous people whose height is pretty much consolidated knowledge.
Standing close to Schwarzenegger, BigZ's height can be narrowed down to a range between 190 and 191.5cm.
I wouldn't mark him more than that.

joec he looks that bi because he is one of the few guys on this site that claims shorter than he really is. Most people think he is 190 cm for some reason. He was probably 1 cm taller than may weak 191 cm brother. i think he is atleast 191,5 and that was he minumum looks with guys like eddie and martins licis.

Usually gave it in metric never bothered looking up he looks 6 3 by other people.
He is very oddly build huge guy obviously small hands average at best arm length not big feet either.
So wide he looks shorter than he is may well have lost a bit in his 40s but id say over 6 3 in footwear.

189-191 cm good for him but I think his peak height is taller than that is. It could be as high as 192-193. Because he carried a lot of weight in his body for a very long time. Spine may be shortened by such high weight

@Myself I am 6'2.75" Barefoot low. Tallest I've measured is 6'3.5" barefoot. I'd still say Big Z is very very close to 6'3" (i.e at least 190cm)

He's considered a legend in the Strongman world. I'm not an expert, but he was dominating when the WSM had a decent amount of heavy static feats of strength and prior to his injuries. He's also a quite humble and genuine guy I believe.
He's saying he wants to come back very soon...would be interesting to see if he managed to recover from those injuries! I hope he doesn't hurt himself even more now.

Interesting photo) My friend wears the same type of shoes you do there (I'm not sure, but they look very similar) and they (size 10 US) add him 2.7 cm. Are you closer to 6'2.5" or to 6'3" at a barefoot low?
I don't know how much the footwear of Zydrunas adds, but maybe it's like 1.5 cm? If so, he still doesn't look the full 6'3 to me there. If you are 6'3 3/4" barefoot then it's a different story, expecially considering his (I guess?) footwear disadvantage.

In the shoes I am wearing, I am 6ft3.75" (measured with a stadiometer) and you can see I was just a fraction taller than Big Z.
So his 6'3" listing is one of the most accurate on this website. He's a legit 6'3" guy.

He is about 1-1,5 cm shorter than alexander Gustafsson in real life. i thought he was 190 cm before meeting him but in real life this guy is taller and mutch wider than it looks. makes me look like a child and if i remember right was my weight just over 120 kg in that photo. the photo with arnold is strange sometimes i Think arnold uses lifts

That still doesn't put Zydrunas below 190 cm by his estimation, but I believe there is a chance of 189.5-190 range (even though he really looks at least about 3" shorter there).

I always thought his 190 cm claim at his first WSM's was honest, but he could be the full 6'3 too. The user "berta" (Victor) has a photo with him ( Click Here He is 197 cm, I don't think Big Z looks above 6'3 there though) and said that he looked 191-191.5 cm to him, potentially edging his 190.5 brother. I think it's possible but I'll stick with the 190-190.5 range (although I don't exclude the possibility of 189.5-190).
When I'll manage to fix my computer I'll give my final opinion on Zydrunas and Oberst.
