Forest Whitaker is huge.. looks tower every co star in vantage point.. hes much taller than 6ft denise quaid and about 1in over 6ft2 matthew fox.. this guy is really taller than 6ft2.. he even gives impression taller than 6ft2.5 morgan freeman and 6ft2 samuel L.jackson..

I cant picture him being almost 6ft4, as i have said on this page i think Forest is closer to 6ft nowadays because he looked, shorter than Jonathan Ross who i dont think is his claimed 6ft1.5 height, Ross is probably more 185cm flat than 187cm. Personally with a slouch i think Forest is 6ft and if straightend out possibley 6ft1. I think he has lost some height and used to be 6ft1 1/2, MAYBE 6ft2.

I think both Forest Whitaker and Jonathan Ross aren't over 6ft1 becuase almost 6ft2 Will Smith does seem to be taller than both of them.

iam not denying he was 6ft2 in his youth but I think today he is closer to 6ft1 becuase he did look slightly shorter than 187cm Jonatha Ross thats all. But then again I suppose I would have to meet him in person to get an idea of how tall this guy might be?

True rob he doen't have the best posture. I would like to make the point though that Nicholas Hoult 6ft2.5 or even 6ft3 becuase I see him around the college I go to. We both attend Bracknell College in the South of England although were not acually friends I just see him from time to time.

I dont think he is 6ft2 because he looked more like 6ft1 on the Jonathan Ross show. You could argue even low as 184cm. Editor Rob go on youtube go and see the episodes when supposedly 6ft2 Nicholas Hoult came on the show he looked at leat an inch taller than 6ft1.5 Jonathan. Compare this to when Fores Whitker came on the show you will see that there is something a little of about there 2 listed heights on this website? Its up to you to make the judgements rob since you are the editor of this site.

Granted though he does look a strong 6ft2 in the pictures above with glenn

As usual, some ppl r wrong, some r right! Glenn is correct! He's not 6'4", I'm ALMOST 6'4"! He's 6'2" with a possibility of 1/2" or so taller when he was younger! He looked massive in Fast Times @ Ridgemont High, but I guess not so much in real life!? Example: Glenn would be around/below a 6'4" person's bottom lip! sorry if I'm getting too technical! lol

runt, why should a 6'0+ man wear lifts? You guys always think that people wear lifts but I guess only few people/actors really wear lifts..but shorter actors like Stallone, etc.. People over 6'0 do not have to wear lifts. Well i'm 6'2.5 barefoot and i'm almost 6'4 in shoes..so with this kind of lifts i could be 6'4.5-6'5, but why?? I don't want to be that tall!! And i think most of people won't..! Well, in old movies he looks 6'2 for sure, he was a big guy but nowadays in recent pics he looks shorter like 6'0 or 6'0.5 max. He has definitely lost about a couple of inches.

In the first pic i would say near 6'3..he was noticeably taller than Glenn but below i don't see that difference. It seems like he has lost 2 inches.
So he was a solid 6'2 but now he's only 6'0.
This is why he looks shorter than Morgan Freeman(6'2.5) or Will Smith(6'1) now.

I used to see him at 7-11 when I lived just below Glendale, California, just outside of LA. One day, I was right behind him in line. He was at least 6'2", if not a little taller. He was also quite large then. He has lost a lot of weight since the last time that I saw him.

to me to judge someone height you have to be and the exact same floor a 5'9 guy can lookk 5'11 if he has floor advantage and i saw people from distance look 5'6 and they were 5'9 when they come up to me so to me same floor decent posture and and a few minutes like eckart i workrd with him for 2 days same floor same shoes same posture and to me he looked just shy of 5'11 dicaprio i saw him to fast so he could be anywere from 5'11 to 6'0 i saw colin for a few minutes and he was 5'9 aleast and 5'10 at best

Forest Whitaker was quoted as being 6 ft 2 and 220lbs in a recent Time article.

In ER when he's standing next to Visnjic, he looks to be about 2 inches shorter, maybe 1.5 inches.

I think your current height of 6 ft 2.25 is quite accurate.

"Fast Times" is my favorite comedy, and a film I can relate to now that I'm going to that awkward stage represented in the film. And yeah, the pool scene is awesome. Best nude scene ever.

James Avery is a big guy. I think he's pretty close to 6'6. I think Forrest is 6'3-6'4. Big guy in terms of build and height. I remember in "Fast Times At Ridgemont High", the football game, feeling so sorry for the opposing team, because Forrest just crushed those guys.

Are you sure he's not more than 6'2'' Rob. On the Shield he looks close to 6'4''. He is so heavily built that it's hard to guess his height. I've noticed this before when standing next to people who are tall but also massive in build. For some reason this makes it difficult to estimate height. I can usually guess within an inch or so but with very heavily set people the best I can estimate is say 6'2'' to 6'5''. I don't know why this is the case. Maybe their build distracts or maybe because their different you can't compare them with other 6'2'' or 6'4'' guys in your mind.

I bumped into him once in a hotel lobby, he's a very big guy and indeed that does make it hard to pinpoint his height. But he really does look atleast 6'2", and possibly close to 6'3".

I saw Forest at 7-11 one night, and I was right behind him in line. He was huge! He is very heavy, and that makes it harder to figure out height. But, I can say for sure that he is 6-2, and may be a little above that.
