This bloke is a solid 6' beefcake. In "Undisputed2" he had a solid 1" on 5'11" Scott Adkins.I have read many martial arts articles on him stating between 5'11.5" and 6'1". He doesnt look 6'1" to me but he is as wide as a truck so maybe.

He may be more like 6'2" or 3". In Oct 2008 I met Mr. White at my karate dojo in Phoenix, AZ. He was wearing just t-shirt jeans and regular sneakers(didn't seem like risers). I was recently measured and I'm 183 cm. He seemed like he was taller than me. Mr.t says on 14/Sep/08

Here is a video of him in Exit Wounds. He looks about 4 inches shorter than Steven Seagal but Seagal is wearing shoes.

Michael Jai White is about 6 foot give or take an inch tops. something to consider is filming angles a little camera trick used alot in "Hercules" and "Smallville" is camera angle, it makes the someones height Appear taller or shorter depending who's angle the shot is supposed to be from. He did strike me as tall. But in a movie with Steven Seagal (Exit Wounds) he did appear quite a bit shorter than Steven. Looked like around 4-5 inches. Leads me to believe he is closer to 6 foot. Brett says on 27/Mar/06
