Rob, is a fraction over 6ft1 possible?
Could be another Pellegrino/Eddie Hall type 6ft3 claimer
I have seen some episodes of his 70's show, I am not sure I'd put him over 6ft 1.

He looked like this Click Here
next to Peter Cushing. Cushing apparently wore Slippers on set, but DOn was likely a good 2" Taller. Hard to tell with this Picture b/c of the angle, but Assuming Mr. Cushing was a good 5'10.5" in 1977 it's logical to think Mr. Henderson ( AKA General Tagge) was a tall presence.

Is 6'2 back in his 20s at least possible? I'm sure the 6'3 claim was in shoes.
I'm not sure if he'd have been that tall, but then there are some guys who are more prone to earlier height loss. By the time they are 40 they've already lost half inch or so.

6ft1 range is definitely more believable than 6ft3

6-3???? Bloody hell not a chance
Don seemed a guy who might have liked being known as 6ft 3, but in the 70's certainly never looked it, somewhere in 6ft+ range is more likelier.
