I don't rule out a tiny hair under 6'2" like 6'1 7/8" in 2020. Maybe he's dropped even more height like J-Dog said. I believe he very well could've pulled off 6'2.25" maybe 10 years ago, but not anymore. As of today, I still have him at 6'2" flat just to be safe.

Recent pictures of Will Ferrell & Dwayne Johnson (Jumanji premiere et cetera...) further make me believe The Rock cannot be more than a flat 6'2"/very strong 6'1". ~187cm. Ferrell looks easily ~05"-1" inch taller than Rock especially when factoring in the camera angle. Ferrell is listed as current height 6'2.5" on here. I do believe Ferrell at peak was close enough to 6'3" (190-190.5cm). I think as of 2020 the Rock does fall slightly below 6'2" evening/very late night height 187cm.
Or he's a flat 6'2" like Canson has mention (Canson may be more accurate than I am), I don't see 6'2.5" currently anymore.

I think Johnson looks so much shorter than his wrestling height that I highly doubt he's a guy who sports lifts. That he still claims 6'4" or 5 is a tad silly when he often looks to be struggling to clear 6'2" in the last several years.

This guy never looked tall to me i remember i was shocked when i first known he was listed 6'5 and 6'4 , you only need to look at him standing alone to know that his not much over the 6'1 mark , even younger arnold gives the impression of a tall guy more than the rock , and this is my opinion

Pause at 37 second mark. Peak Rock ( with excellent posture) and McMahon who should have been close to 6’1 given that this was the 2002 Smackdown draft. Both in normal footwear. Rock looks his 6’3 listing and then some. 190 cm peak probably 191 cm possible.

He used to go to the same Gym that I went to (Get Syced fitness in Davie Florida). I saw him a few times, I went up to him once and talked to him about some things (Cane's football). He is about as tall as my brother in law, who is 6'2". Maybe even a bit shorter.

I thought of something after I'd watched what Dwayne does in a day video. He's up at 4 in the morning training most days, putting his spine through a lot more than the average person does. Most of these events we see him at he'd probably trained that day...he also seems to have a slight hunch at the top of his back at times causing him to lose a fraction of height in photos with other celebrities. I think he's usually at his absolute low when pictured with celebrities and coupled with the micro-adjustments in posture due to heavy weight training he looks a flat 6ft2 a lot. If we saw Dwayne take a week off lifting weights and had him stand tall for a measurement he probably would measure a very full 6ft2.5. 191cm peak height and somewhere in the 189cm range now. Thats just my two cents.

To be fair Canson’s best estimate for peak and current is only 0.5 cm off from where Rob lists him . I could agree with his best estimate. It’s pretty difficult to spot a 0.5 -1cm difference unless you have a measuring tape handy.

In walking tall Rock didn’t look more than 2 inches shorter than Durand in any scene . Durand looks 6’5.5. It’s probable that for a measurement he’s still 6’2.5. He looks about 2.5 -3 inches taller than Cena in the pic I posted.
