Easily a solid 6'6.
Just because one article once time guesstimated him at 6'5 doesn't mean he was.

Just use your eyes : he always looked absolutely enormous, towering everybody even Nick Nolte in his cowboy boots or Schwarzy in Last Action Hero.
Definitely 6'6 imo

Rob, maybe 6'5.75" would suffice?

I never saw 6'6" for McRae; no more than four inches taller than 6'1.5" Timothy Dalton in License To Kill, in my opinion.

Rob, maybe somewhere between 6ft5-6?
Editor Rob
I think over 6ft 5 is likely, question is a full 6ft 6 or 5.5 likelier.

I saw 48 hours and thought he had almost 4 inches on nick nolte. That means 193 cm but I knew nolte always looks taller than he is so I wanted to see if this guy could be 195. 198 cm!!! I think this is to high.

@Editor Rob; this one is tricky. He has a 6’7 listing in football. But at times 6’6 looks too much for him. Would you say 6’6 is more likely than 6’5.5? They did list Steve Young 6’2 when he’s 6’

I don’t know about him. They also called and still call Deblasio 6’5” when he measured near 6’6” and claims it now

McRae did look ginormous in Licence To Kill but I am slightly sceptical of that 6’6” listing. 6’5.5” is my guess for McRae’s peak, he had about four inches on Timothy Dalton and perhaps 6’5.5” explains both the 6’5” and 6’6” listings for McRae. Any 6’7” listings for McRae do seem rather far fetched to me.

Rob, how likely is 6ft5?
Editor Rob
I wouldn't have thought a flat 6ft 5 when he stood tall.

It’s amazing that he was described as 6’5” in 1987!

Was listed 6'7" when he played football, despite being described as 6'5" by LA Times.
