I did a lot of heavy weights when I was younger but now I’m older, flexibility and mobility are more important. But I’ve been big. I’m 6ft 1in [1.85m] and I’ve been over 200lb [91kg], which is big considering it was all upper body – like so many young guys! My endurance levels were shocking and it got to the point where I couldn’t do the things I loved doing. I couldn’t shoot a basketball because my shoulders were too big.

There is a scene of Paul Walker standing in front of a mug shot board where his hair just covered the 6-3 mark. I think he was wearing keds , which should have added about an inch, and maybe half an inch for hair but he could have lost a bit for not having stood up very upright. I think about 6-1.75 to 6 -2 could actually be correct. I think when he listed himself as 6-1, he was under stating , which some people do by mistake because they measure in a wrong way trying to hold a ruler flat on the head and that makes the ruler slope down as many people have the peak of their head towards the front of the skull. And flattenning a ruler on the head slopes the ruler downwards. Common mistake.

He can look like a solid 6'1.5" range so 187 cm would be an improvement but he had to be somewhere around 6'1" range for his claim to make sense. I could go with 186 cm. Just look at those boots vin is wearing above!!! The knee break in his jeans is way too high!!! I’d honestly say those boots have insoles of 3 or 4 inches. So if Paul is appropriate 6-1.5 here vin without boots is a 5-10 flat.
