from american pie i thought the dude looked about 180 cm flat. But beside dwyne johnson in the rundown he could look at most 4 inches shorter. I guess he could be 181. 180-181.

I haven't compared him much yet, but my impression is generally 5'11" on the nose. I wouldn't be terribly surprised if he was a 5'10.5" guy since it's been mentioned he wears boots a lot and some of his many tall co-stars seem to be a bit shorter than thought years ago, but in general looks like a classic 5'11" guy. I saw Cop Out, but don't remember who was taller between him and Willis?

he filled out a lot the last 10 years. put on at least 20 pounds. on film he looks anywhere from 5 ft 10 to just under 6 ft. he's definitely a couple inches taller than paul rudd. I'd say 5 ft 11 is right on. i would say he weighs 185-190. solid guy.

SWS is hard to peg. Sometimes he looks short, sometimes tall. He didn't look too much shorter than 6'3" Will Ferrell when he played his boss in the American Flag speedo skit on SNL back in 2001. I think 5'11" sounds believable for him. He is certainly not a 6-footer.

Looks around 180cm, a similar height and build to Brad Pitt. Definately not a solid 6' likely 5'10.5-5'11.25. I think he looks a bit like Andy Roddick, kinda rodent looking LOL. Both have that cocky confident attitude.

To be honest, in Role Models Scott looked more like a 5ft10 guy then 5ft11+. Next to Rudd he looked to have 2", and Rudd looked 5ft8 tops. He wore a lot of thicker heeled boots and shoes in the movie, so maybe that's where he's getting the extra boost from? On my last post it was assuming Van Der Beek was 6'0 but then I googled a few pis and im thinking 6'0 is generous, actually i'm thinkin' more like 5'10 region, actually if my memory serves me correctly he was shorter than mewes, which back then I always was tall in comparison to kevin smith until I realized Smith wasn't near as tall as he claimed. Smith was like 2 inches shorter than Justin Long in live free/die hard. So even if we assume Mewes is the height listed here, that would but JVDB 5'10.5-5'11 max or maybe even lower cuz in most I googled he appeared to be in generous footwear, he could be a liftwearer. Says alot about scott's height when compared to 5'8 biggs...

He was on Tyra today. Looked two inches shorter than Tyra in heels. My guess is he is 5'10" or 5'10.5" since Tyra was wearing heels and he was wearing dress shoes. If Tyra is 5'10" in her heels she was at about 6'1" with Scott at 5'11".

I just finished watching "Role Models" (Sean William Scott and Paul Rudd's new comedy).
That picture of him and paul rudd posted below is wholly inaccurate. He just has bad posture in that scene.
Sean William Scott appears significantly taller then Rudd throughout the movie. So I would still say the 181 cm is still spot on.

People shouldn't comment on the pic of Seann with Glenn! Such a bad camera angle. Glenn was leaning forward, Seann was leaning backward, but Glenn seemed to stretch his body to get close to Seann and Seann seemed to slack his body to get close to Glenn. Yeah Anonymous that’s exactly right, a lot of his co-stars have been tall guys, The Rock, Ashton Kutcher, Chow Yun Fat, Tom Green, and that Ozz character you mentioned. It’s understandable how people can mistakenly think that this guy is shorter than 5’11”.

Yeah Anonymous that’s exactly right, a lot of his co-stars have been tall guys, The Rock, Ashton Kutcher, Chow Yun Fat, Tom Green, and that Ozz character you mentioned. It’s understandable how people can mistakenly think that this guy is shorter than 5’11”.
The Rundown was a crap movie but Sean was hilarious in it;

Thanks Jack! I owe you for those pictures. He's just average man's height like 5'8" or 5'9". He's doesn't even look close to 5'11" In both of those pictures Jack has he's at 6'1" Chow Young Fat's nose counting hair. That makes him at least 4 inches shorter than Chow Young Fat. He's does the same tricks average height guys like Johnny Depp do to make themselves look taller.

excuse me MD but i have the dvd of the dukes...the scene when seann n jonny are in jail, seann who is in running shoes tries to tie is laces togther to make a long string...he asks jonny for his shoelaces, and jonny replies by saying he is wearing his cowboy boots..and in that scene the tow are @ least the same height..so maybe jonny is more like 5'11 than 6'

Editor Rob 2cm isn't a lot, but sws could have 1cm more in footwear and have slightly better posture. Although timberlake can be shorter, he can look shorter for sure, 181-2cm.
