I do agree that in some films like bad boys 2, I robot, independence day and hitched he gives the impression of 185cm or 186cm. I think in independence he looked no taller than 6'1 (185cm)
In the fresh prince days however he looked 6'2 a lot or 6'2-6'3 when he was wearing to timbs

To be fair, Vegas, the comment section exists so that we can discuss the height of the celebrities, so it doesn't seem reasonable to tell Danimal to go away if he disagrees with a listing.
I think there is much reasonable evidence for an appreciable downgrade of Smith. He was clearly shorter than this 6'1 listed basketball player, he was shorter than 6'1 listed NFL star Bo Jackson (and with a shoe advantage to Smith no less!), and shorter than 6'1 listed Brian Mitchell (even though, again, Smith had more footwear). And he sure as heck didn't look only an inch under MC Gainey.
I would literally bet money on Smith measuring around 6' flat at night.

i think archs photo proves that jeff was probably not over a flat 6'4 at his peak since will smith is probably not a full 6'2. This could also mean that vince vaughn was 196cm max as well.

MC Gainey could've been 190 at his peak, since he still looks 188-189 now, average loss for 60y is 1cm but since he's bigger and fatter it's possible he lost a fraction more. Plus, even a blind can see that Smith isn't standing fully straight in your pics.

I can lose 1.25(3 cm).. and it sucks. losing 1.5-2cm seems to be "normal". Why does some lose more than others? In the morning my spine feels pretty "free", but not that long after walking around and stuff my spine(in the lower back region) feels too compressed when bending backwards. I've always had problem with my lower back.. stiff'ens up quite easily if I'm bending over even for a short period of time.. I wish it could feels as free and loose at it does first thing in the morning. Anybody have any advice or similar "problem"? I have pretty good abs, but could it help training the back muscles more or something? I did pretty heavy lifting when I was younger, but I think this problem(exhausted back) has been there since I was a kid. Thanks in advance for any advice.

His son is only 14. It's rare to stop at that age. Most people go up a few inches, and I remember some that went up over half a foot. Jaden still looks pretty baby-faced, so I'm guessing he has a fair bit of puberty left. But then his mother is obviously extremely short so maybe he will not get much past 5'.

Lol, people are still insisting he is as listed or even higher. Look at him coming to the eyebrows, with a half inch footwear advantage, of James Avery, who has described himself as 6'4. Look at him face-to-face with 6'2.5 listed MC Gainey and being maybe an inch above his eyebrows. Look at him looking shorter than Isiah Thomas, who is listed at 6'1. Look at at him looking shorter than 6'1 listed Brian Stokes Mitchell (with a footwear advantage!).
He is 6' even or extremely close to it give or take. To my mind there is very consistent evidence of this.
