Two contestants on Fear Factor said in Stuff Magazine, "You know, I always thought that Joe looked great on TV. When I saw him in person, the only thing I could say was that he was a lot shorter than I had imagined.... He is so short. I'm 5'10" and I towered over him". In a 2016 video, he mentioned his weight was about 190 pounds, the lowest he'd been in years.

Brendan Schaub to me doesn't look near 6 ft 4, I think I guessed around 6'2.5 from what I saw years back, 7-8 inches between him and Joe, definitely not 9. Maybe a guy who measures close to 6 ft 4 in shoes in the morning.

hey rob, have you checked out theo von, a friend of joe’s and a frequent guest on his podcast and many others, and his height by any chance? hes posed in photos with joe and self claimed 6ft 4 brendan schaub (who doesn’t look far off from it).
hes listed as 6 feet tall on google, however my guess for theo would be closer to a strong 5ft 10. if you haven’t checked him out already he’s super funny and says the absolute darndest things :D .

Possibly 5’3-5’4? It seems Joe may have forgotten his insoles here. Video with Joe and Adin ross (who is around 5’7) (same height as ishowspeed, google for proof) , here in the video near the end you can see Adin towering Joe like Joe is 5’4 or something. Very interesting.

I think Joe Rogan is 5ft7. He seems to have a bad slouch at times. I'm a strong 5ft7 and sometimes I can be mistaken for being shorter because I don't stand up straight. He looks the same height as me.

Well the person singly responsible for this issue is cancelled comedian Owen Benjamin. Rogan helped to have him cancelled from venues, social media, and payment processors. Owen can be found on Bitchute.com. Owen created a unit of measurement called the Rogan, which is 3.33", the average size of a mans toe. It’s shocking that Joe is still listed as 5’7. I walked past this guy outside the Comedy Store one time years ago and it was crazy how short he was. I’m 6’2 barefoot and it looked like Rogan was wearing thick footwear or possible lifts…I estimate his height is 5’3-5’4.

Other than the posture and the footwear, Rogan has another advantage in that pic with Bill Maher; the fact that he is raising his head upwards. Maher is 172-173 (weak 5'8) and still looks taller than Joe.
Frankly, Joe looks max 5'6½ in that pic.

He actually changed his profile picture to prove it too (only their heads shown though). Joe Rogan refused to let Tai drink beer out of his "shoes" claiming it's disgusting. That's funny coming from the guy who hosted fear factor and made people drink donkey "juice". Again not saying this to stir the pot but this man is 5'6 MAX.

I see Spotify have just deleted over 70 episodes containing anti Biden content I think. I was against him moving to Spotify at the start as I felt they would try to control him. This is unacceptable to me. Elon Musk and Joe should create a new media empire and stop this sort of thing happening and protect podcasters.

I don't listen to a lot of podcasts, he often has fighters on and comedians some of which don't appeal to me. I only watch a couple fully a month since he moved to Spotify and typically just watch clips from others on Youtube with subtitles in another language so I can learn more while I watch. You look at how many hours he puts into it a month, it's a lot. For a podcast of his stature, I'd argue that he should have far more academics from a wider range of subjects on and a bigger variety of interesting people on than he does, but when they do come on it can be quite brilliant at times. I miss Joey Diaz being on there, that guy is hilarious and could have easily been a big movie star in gangster films.
The amount of attention he's got from this is insane and has inadvertently dramatically increased the number of people who know who he is and will have brought a few million viewers to see the podcasts they're fussing about. Sad that Spotify has buckled a bit and will put up warning signs in the future as if viewers aren't able to make up their own minds but at leats they haven't cancelled him!.. In terms of being a beacon for free speech and evading corporate censorship, I do think he's one of the most important people in the world right now and many people trust him more than they do Dr Fauci!

Well, if you think Joe is the leading authority on everything and don't do your own research then yes, you'd be pretty dumb to think that. You'd be pretty dumb to assume that everybody who watches his show or finds some value in some of the episodes dumb too though. The range of guests he's had on and super interesting people like Paul Stamets (the mushroom guy) and Elon Musk. I've lost count how many things I've discovered through his show leading me to do research on it.
I don't think of him as a manlet type but then he's sitting down most of the time I see him and doesn't look a small guy on camera. He may well be under 5'7 lowest!

Rogan might be my favourite celeb, the diversity of what he knows and can get experts on, his laid back potty mouthed style and his stance on a lot of things. Interesting that Joe has had back troubles, as he looks wonderfully strong, and can't go twenty minutes without bragging about how much he works out.
In spite of my unusual height and too-thin body, I have never had a bad back, and I'm about four months away from seventy. I do a brief medley of calisthenics every day, and I usually get in a few miles of walking, but I am profoundly skeptical of working out. I had a gym teacher in high school whose daily practice was to make us do push-ups until we were exhausted. His attitude was, you have to work your muscles until they fail, otherwise you're not exercising at all. This attitude to exercise has a profound appeal for many people, and is probably beneficial in youth. The problem is, when you reach middle age and you work your body to exhaustion, you may not recover. And I suspect Joe's refusal to understand this might be the reason he injured his back.
My advice to the young: Exercise to 80 percent of full capacity and then stop. If you can do 50 push-ups maximum, do 40. You'll still maintain good strength, but you won't end up hurting anything.

He's not a rocket scientist, or an academic in the traditional sense of intelligence, but definitely has an inquisitive mind which has a high capacity for learning, I would say he is highly socially intelligent. An exceptionally good speaker and perfect for what he does with his Jack the lad demeanour which appeals to the masses. And glad he's being outspoken on COVID and not succumbing to the BS of the mainstream media and our politicians. I suspect he's slightly under 5'7 at his lowest!

A very likeable guy. Clearly highly intelligent and yet heavily tattooed and fond of swearing. Demonstrates his intelligence by saying intelligent things, without falling back on the usual displays of arcane learning that smart people are always slipping into their conversations to let you know that they are thoughtful and learned. Not afraid of being thought a boor, but no one would ever think of him as a fool.

I am really starting to think that Rogan is about 168cm tops but most likely 167cm. Eddie Bravo looks about 2 inches taller when he gives Rogan a black belt (they are both barefoot) and Bravo is 171-172cm.

5'7" is just right. He always looked about "medium" height on the sitcom News Radio, with his Matt Le Blanc style boots or shoes, which made probably got him to about 5'9 or just over and gave him the appearance of a 5'8" guy....

I give him credit for being honest and open about TRT, though I still think he's probably a bit shy of the full 5'7". I wouldn't be completely surprised if he's lost a small amount of height, though. And never in a million years would I have imagined Kyle Kulinski being above 5'11"+. Just goes to show you can't tell at all by impressions based on someone sitting because I would have thought he was like 5'7" max! Just like I'd imagine Joe being at least average height when he's sitting in his studio, but he's obviously short standing next to others.

Yeah, 210lbs. is too much for Rogan. I'd say 200lbs. at the most in the morning. In a podcast he did for Sober October last year, he weighed in and was 200lbs fully clothed and in shoes. So, at the most he was 195lbs. back then. He's probably a guy who is 193-198lbs. in the morning most days. That's quite impressive size for a man his height. It's especially interesting, since he was a 160lbs-something guy well into his twenties. Obviously he's on a regime of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and has been for at least 10 years.

I just saw an episode from The Man Show which Joe Rogan and Doug Stanhope hosted for a while. Doug Stanhope is 5'7 and during the show they both seemed to be the same height. I would even say Stanhope is al little bit taller than Rogan. So I guess he's 5'6-5'7.

I think 5'7 is perfect. When you see him on UFC PPVs or weigh ins, he often wears quite flat soles and such, and I never get the idea that he is in the 5'6 range. Obviously claims 5'8 to put himself in the average range, but I cannot see anything below 5'7

Callen claims both McGregor and Cormier are closer to 5'8 than 5'9 after having stood next to them, while Rogan is adamant that Cormier is at least 5'11 and that Conor is 5'10. Also, Eddie Bravo said on one episode that Tony Ferguson is about 5'10.

Rob, how tall do you think Joey Diaz is Click Here he’s one of Joe's most frequent and entertaining guests and always looks to have 2 inches on joe when they’re standing together I don’t know if he has ever claimed a height yet he is in his mid fifties now and has mentioned that he weighed over 400 lbs and lived a very unhealthy life so height loss isn’t unbelievable and as I mentioned does still seem to have 2 inches on Joe.

I suspect though that he measures in shoes and thinks nothing of it. Also his podcast is mostly done quite early in the day, so he might have been on his feet for about 3 hours or so when they did the "5'8 and a c*** hair" measurement, in shoes. 5'7 is fair enough but sometimes I think he can look a little under the mark. The current average guess at 169,3 cm is something I could see as his height just before bed, but he could hold 169,5-170 cm range for most of the day.

Editor RobI think measuring 5ft 8 in sneakers or boots is perfectly believable for Joe, but as to whether this is barefoot...I think many have their doubts about it.

needs downgrade. in the post fight interview with Cyborg who did not have shoes on (listed at 5’8) and is really 5’7, she was still taller and he had shoes on. I don’t know if he wears lifts either, especially knowing he would be in there.
