I am exactly 6'2.5 without footware,& when meeting The Rock I stood face to face talking with him,he was maybe an inch taller than me. I'm 6'3.5 in most the footware I use. I think shorter people tend to think that taller people are shorter then they are. I have long legs and arms, but only stand 6' tall. Some people think i'm well over 5'10". I still remember seeing him after he had a bad accident, and they had to sow his elbow up. It's odd, because when I knew him he was somewhat of a beach bum. His body has changed so much throughout the years that he's barely recognizable. He went from super skinny in Meet the Deedles, to buff in She's All That, to now looking kinda 6'3". Some of the FAST FIVE photos of the cast & crew are really strange--weird postures, etc. I did a Google search of FAST FIVE pics, and I found one of Walker on the red carpet with Dwayne Johnson. Johnson had about 2" on Walker--I believe Johnson to be 6'3". As for Walker, he's definitely taller than 6'0", but I don't think he's quite 6'2"--unless he's in shoes. 6'1" or 6'1 1/2" for Walker barefoot sounds right.

Another thing short people don't understand, someone 6'2" or taller has felt freakishly tall at some point in his life. A short guy thinks the taller the better. A guy that's 6'3" and not a pro b-ball player, sees an ideal height of being some less than 6'3".
There's no reason the guy would fudge his height, unless he was just rounding from 6'2.85" or something.

When someone fudges their height it's either a major fudge of over half an inch or a minor fudge... e.g. I'm 6'0.75/8 so I just say 6'1 as I literally never measured myself straight out of bed.
