I think she’s between 5’6-5’7. Her and Steven Yuen looks very similar height in the Walking Dead - then again, they were wearing different footwear on the show, and he’s listed as 172cm on here. I think 5’7 is spot on for her, tho she can look under that at times.

In the Katie Cassidy shot she looks a smidge taller than Rob, like near 5’8.5, so probably not much over 5’7 barefoot. But then she looks 5’7.5 in the other photo so I would assume the footwear is closer there??

Editor RobI believe Cassidy had bigger footwear both days, different boots but nearer 3 inches, while Lauren had with the black top in 2.5 inch range, then the other day single shot 2.3 inch....they were pretty close I felt in the double shot when seeing them together, but Lauren I would say is the taller of the two barefoot.

Those boots looked to have a 3 inch heel. Wearing those she looked a half inch shorter than Rob, which would be 5'8.5 if Rob had 1 inch heels. Subtract 5'8.5 from 3 = 5'5.5 or round up to 5'6.

I have to know,... why?? I mean no disrespect to anyone here I just have to know why you guys are Sooooo Obsessed With Height? right down to 1/4 inch etc,... Can someone please explain it to me? I'm a guy and I'm 5'9.5" and I've never felt or been called short (I guess I'm average or slightly below??) but surfing a little around this site and seeing how obsessed people are with this subject,... well I would just appreciate an answer to the question of what the big deal is? I just don't understand? And I know that's only 0.25 of an inch but this site is all about accuracy, and I do indeed think 5'6.25" is a bit too low. She appears a minimum of 5'6.5" to me. 5'6.25" or 5'6" seems more like Katie's height, but here Lauren is certainly a little taller than Katie. So Lauren surely cannot be under 5'6.5".

Wow, Lauren Cohan is very beautiful. And yes, taking into account her advantage in footwear I also can see her being somewhere in between 5'6" and 5'7". In the left picture she appears just slightly taller than Katie Cassidy, who is listed at 5'6.5" on this site. The listed heights for these two women seem accurate to me. I think Katie is a strong 5'6" while Lauren is more of a weak 5'7". I can't see Lauren being anything under 5'6.25" anyway. But she isn't quite a full 5'7". So 5'6.75" for her sounds good.

Rob, you're right. I didn't even notice that. Maybe shes' closer to 5'6 barefoot then. Thats if the boots give 3 inches to her height. If they only give 2 then I'd say more 5'7ish.

Editor Rob she did look close to my height in those boots, they give 2.4-2.5 range over barefoot. My own estimate for her is 169 or weak 170cm.
