this guy can make 6 foot look really tall. I really have no idea on his height. just know when he stood on stage he looked tall. Not like 6´2 or over but like a 6´1 guy. I could believe he was over 6 foot and rounded down, like i believe nick nolte did at peak. 182 seems impossible but 185 doesnt really seem impsobile if we go on by how he looked. That why i think he could have been closer to 184. Buts at the same time he was very skinny and that could be the reason why he pulled of looking 6´1 alot. i give him fraction over 6 feet.

Editor Rob it could be argued...he was described as 6ft in a few books, and he claimed it....but then being a fraction over, some folk will drop it, others take liberty and round up to 6ft 1.

In any case, I can say that near the end of his life, he still retained his look. Svelte and tall, but I'd estimate he lost an inch or so. Looked closer to 5'11", but that's to be expected.

If that is the goal, it shouldn't matter that Jobs was content with being 6'0", if it is more likely that he was some other height.
I think Jobs was in the 6'0"-6'0.5" range. Conservatively, I would give him 6'0.25".

Editor Rob the data is from a Questionnaire for Sensitive Positions. It's his own data...he's typed it on the Questionnaire, questions about who he is, where he's lived, what position he has etc...

The biography by Walter Isaacson cites that Steve's adoptive father was over six foot in height when young.
There's a picture of both together in that very book, it's 1997 and Steve's wedding, he's an inch taller than his father. Had his father shrunk by then or was he little under the 6' mark on his youth.
