There's something I just loathe about this guy, he seems pretty smug and obnoxious, like an American Russell Crowe. He does look near 6'3 though.

Saw him at the X-Men Origins: Wolverine premiere in Los Angeles. He's definitely in the 6'2-6'3 range. I wasn't that far behind him and he was definitely a good 4-5 inches taller than me and I'm 5'10. I would say he's not less than 6'2 barefoot but in shoes he can look 6'3 or 6'4. He's probably 6'2.75 in the morning, 6'2.5 in the day, and 6'2.25 at night. I wouldn't give him a full 6'3 because he only looked that in shoes.

easily over 185cm, was clearly taller than Hugh Jackman in the Wolverine scenes where they were together. and if Hugh Jackman is listed as 6"2 on this site then Liev must be 190-191..he had at best about 2-3 cm over Hugh

Interesting finding this forum. Anyone a fan of Jack Reacher books? I recently found out that Tom Cruise is bringing the character to life in the film adaptation of One Shot. Anyone who has read any of the popular series by Lee Child will know that it is possibly the most ridiculous, no, scandalous piece of casting ever! One of the most important and distinctive facets of the character Jack Reacher is his size. He is a 250 Ib, 6'5" beast of a man. Rugged and brutal. A lot of fans saw Hugh Jackman in the role. I've always thought Liev Shreiber would be perfect. To be honest, I would have cast Macauley Culkin over Tom Cruise!
