In raising arizona he looked at 6ft with shoes on. if you watch the family man, near the end before he goes back to his real life hes talking to the angel in the store, and if you pause it as hes walking out the door youll see the red measuring chart by the exit door. pause it as hes walking out. hes still under 6ft and thats slouching with snowboots on. Cage is just about the right size for his screen image. Tom Cruise, George Clooney, Mel Gibson and Robert Downey are all too short. They should all be about 6'0" to 6'2" for their typical roles. Arnold is also too short - not in real life but on screen he portrays big guys. Arnold plays roles that call for him to be about 6'4".
