From brookes and nox pictures I'd guess Rosie is 5'7.5-5'7.75.She could be 5'8.It's hard to tell sometimes! She looks leggy and tall,but next to other model's who are 5'9 and up she looks short. Brooke says on 19/Jan/12

rosie does't fit to look 5'9. Supermodel height are usually to be 5'9 at average but there are some cover up for the shorter ones. some 5'6-5'7 model are just rounded up at 5'9. rosie are probably 5'7 to 5'8 tops. Kik says on 6/Jan/12

It is a psychological effect. If you see a 5'9" girl, she seems taller than a boy of the same height. Because you persieve her as a rather tall girl. And for the same boy, you percieve him as an average. You may make a little experiment. Look at some boy and girl, who are of the same height. If they don't stand too close, a girl will seem taller (even without heels).

I'm with Profile Model Mangement, her old agency, and I know for a fact that they do put models' true heights up.
