To be fair he has always been bigger than Hogan, and people make crazy claims of 6ft 7 with Hogan, I don't think Hogan has ever been over 6ft 4 personally and looking at old videos you can clearly see that, people don't just drop 3 or 4" unless they have had some of their legs cut off lol, unless someone can correct me with proof of this.

Hall is a strong 6ft 4 and in his prime 6ft 5.

Hogan in the 1980s and early 1990s looked bigger than Scott Hall to me.

Maybe he didn't look 6'5 because he was surrounded by Giants such as Nash and big show in his wcw run?
Shuvayu said on 24/Apr/17
Hall's 6'5"... Google his mugshot, no spine surgery post that ...so no height loss
James B said on 22/Apr/17
Honestly 6'5 always seemed hard to imagine for Scott Hall. 6'4 range is what I would have guessed him at but maybe his posture was never good?

IMO the tall Wrestlers of their era, Big Show 6ft 11, Nash a legit 6ft 8.5, Undertaker 6ft 6.75, Kane 6ft 6.75, Sid 6ft, 6, Hall 6ft 5, Hogan 6ft 4.75. in Hogans case i do not believe he has lost 3-4" in height at all, just Andre was much shorter than stated, maybe 6ft, 10" at that point of his career because he was very overweight and bad posture.

Like said I'm 100% 6ft 3.5 minimum bare foot maybe a mm or 2 higher and he is without a doubt 1.5" taller than me in shoes, but like mentioned his shoes look 0.5" bigger than mine, and despite him having his arm behind my back he is slightly closer to the camera, he has a big head lol, out shoulder heights are nearly level but his head is much larger, Abyss was about the exact same height when i met him and my friend who is 6ft 4.75 was exactly the same height as him.

Scott Hall certainly doesn't look 6ft5 these days compared to 6ft8ish Kevin Nash since he towers him.

I would go with that, i was just surprised coming from one of the smallest farming areas of great britain to see one of my childhood idols and being able to stand toe to toe with, he couldnt understand a word that i said tho 😂😂

RP i am closer to 6ft,4 than 6ft 3.5 but rounded it off at 6ft 3.5, i just measured myself and i am about 1 mm under 6ft 4, and almost 6ft 5 wearing the same trainers that i am in the first picture, so im taller than i thought, so i'm guessing Scott is in the 6ft 5, close to 6ft 6 bracket

Thanks for providing your pic and measurement!
;)Don´t hate me for doing this:

To me your marks look like the lower is 1mm under 192cm, so 6´3.5" (the actual 6´4" is the 76inch mark) and the higher mark is 193,6cm wich is 6´4.25" I asume your footwear measurement.

Hall is closer to the camera in your pic and has more footwear, so to me he looks barefoot 6´4" and maybe 6´5.25" in footwear

i was measured barefoot with a block on my head last year and they said 6ft 3...4...about 6ft 3.5, he is slightly behind me in that picture talking to him there was not much between us, he was definitely wearing American style bigger trainers (sneakers) and i was wearing flat british style shoes, i'd say hes a solid 6ft 5 and i'm a tad under 6ft 4, yeh i measured my self being geerous, if anything i could have slightly measured below because i wanted it to not be exagerrated, i am 36 years old but when i was 16 and going into the military i was measured as 6ft 4, another thing is i am a long bodied guy, not a leggy guy so that throws off the eyes a bit, normal t-shirts are like belly tops on me haha.
James B said on 11/Mar/17
GS1981 are you a 100 percent sure you measured yourself properly? because no offense if Scott hall is 6'4 today then you look more like 6'2.5 range. A year ago I measured myself incorrectly at 5ft7.75 and thought I was that tall but recently was measured by the doctor at 5ft7 (170cm) (on a stadiometer like the one rob has).

Measuring your own height with tape measure there is room for error

What's your opinion rob do you think GS1981 probably made a mistake measuring himself?
Editor Rob: it's hard to comment on, but I would say in his photo Hall may have half inch more sneaker and barefoot might be between 0.5-1 inch taller.
James B said on 7/Mar/17
But rob he does look a solid 6'5 range with GS1981 doesn't he?
Editor Rob: you could definitely argue a solid 6ft 5, maybe a fraction over.
James B said on 6/Mar/17
Rob do you think 6ft6 could have been possible for Scott hall?
Editor Rob: James, it seems a bit too much for him.

As i mentioned in a earlier post, I met Scott Hall recently here in Somerset, UK, I would say he is a strong 6ft 4 or weak 6ft 5, I am 6ft,3.5 bare foot, measured last week, he is stood very slightly behind me in the second picture, he is a absolute unit tho, big dude, I'm a big guy i weigh 18 stone which is 252lbs and he was a lot thicker than me.

I also met Abyss recently and he is about the exact same height as Hall, I didn't get a picture tho (with Abyss) because he was charging a lot of money.

Rob. you should put him 6'5 in the section Home (how tall are the celebrities?) ;)
James B said on 9/Oct/16
Rob do you think by late 90s in wcw/nwo he could have been dipping under 6'5 slightly like 6'4.75? He's never been the healthiest guy has he?

I thought in the in the late 80s he look a bit and more bulky too.
joe### said on 8/Oct/16
It did not seem strong 6'5

Remember his mug shot from his arrest in the late 1990's for scratching a limo with his keys and it had him at 6'5. WWF days they had him at 6'7 and AWA days had him at 6'8. To day agree 6'4 or 6'3 & a half....

Strong 6ft5 peak
RP said on 6/Oct/16
Junior 31 is right, the majority of all pro wrestlers were billed 2" taller than their true barefoot heights from the mid 1970's into the late 1990's...
@HeightcrazyRed6ft said on 6/Oct/16
Peak Hogan looked taller compared to King Kong Bundy than Hall did in the mid nineties. Peak 6'5.5" Hogan looked near an inch taller than "Razor Ramon".

Peak Hall strong 6'4.5", today solid 6'3" range
Junior31 said on 5/Oct/16
The 2 inch rule applies for him as for most wrestlers.

Billed 6'7. Was actually 6'5
Rampage(-_-_-)Clover said on 5/Oct/16
193/194cm today
kingkong56 said on 5/Oct/16
Whilst poor posture today can make Razor appear a weak 6'4, I don't think he has lost a full inch and with better posture is a solid 6'4.5.
kingkong56 said on 5/Oct/16
A 6'5 peak Hall gives the Undertaker a peak of 6'8. This seems reasonable.
straightahead said on 4/Oct/16
Having 3-4 inches on 5'10-5'11 guys like Jim Ross and X-pac isnt equal with being 6'4... but more like 6'2.

Peak 6'3 1/2 - 6'4. Today 6'2 1/2? And his arrest booking said 6'5
Michael said on 4/Oct/16
6-5 peak height is a little bit too low for Hall. He was 6-5
in his late 30ies (90ies) for sure.

My peak height was 5-10 with 20 at afternoon, 5-9,75 at 30 and
5-9,625 with 40. My height loss is 0,375" without wrestling and
without training with heavy weights (most of the time).

Therefore 6-5,5 peak height is more likely and a good 6-4 as current
height for Scott Hall.

Perhaps the full 6'5 in the 80s and dropped down to 6'4.75 in wcw/nwo era

Hey Yo!... Yes 6'5 peak is right on the money. Always looked the same height next to Hulk Hogan during the nwo days. That proves that Hogan may have been no more than 6'5.5 peak in the late 1970's and early 80's. To see his comeback from alcohol abuse is very inspiring and would someday love to meet him, he is quite knowledgeable about the business, so hopefully WWE can hire him in the future.
Mayfield said on 3/Oct/16
Come to think of it, I said 6'3.75, but then again I based that on one photo I seen with DDP, but I also saw other pictures with DDP and Hall seems to match him well. 6'4 is definitely correct. Also in those pictures, looking at Jake Roberts, he's closer to them today, but has a slight edge, so for the Snake, I would definitely go 6'4.25-6'4.5 and for peak, at least a 6'5, perhaps even a bit over
Aaron Zamora said on 3/Oct/16
I never imagined him being this tall I always thought that he was about 6 foot. I remember him being in NWO they must have been a huge group of guys then.
