watch this youtube video, you can cleary tell Lautner is nowhere near "6" (not trying to be mean, just realistic) He's standing next to 6'1 Bill Hader, and Bill has around 5-6 inches on him, easily putting Lautner in the 5'7-5'8 range. I really don't know what you're talking about when you say "his proportions are great". Even if you're a fan, everyone knows he has short limbs, a long neck, and narow shoulders. In fact, not only are his proportions not "great", but they are downright odd. Weird. The box pic was taken down. Summit pr people trying to protect Taylor? Heee. But yeah, the interesting thing about it too, is that Pattinson is not only slouching and leaning away in much flatter shoes, but he's also not as much in the foreground. So it's hard to compare the two guys' heights in the pic. Taylor and Stewart standing like that though, gives you an idea. He needs a box and some huge shoes, with her in Keds, in order to tower over a 5'3" girl.

As for whether he has stopped growing. A lot of guys grow up until 21, although usually not much (an inch or two at most). My cousin grew from 5'9 - 5'11.5 between 18 and 22. I'm 17 (18 in July) and although my growth has slowed a fair bit I've still grown about an inch in the last year, I just stop start. 5'9 is the actual average in the US. 5'10 is the average for caucasian people but they're about to make 30% of the population in a few years (no offence or going toward racism). Lautner does look 1.73, you can tell by his body shape, that's how 5'8 guys look like, even Victor has the pics down below. I agree that the extra cm needs to be taken off.
