In aquaman Momoa looks like Roman reigns except alittle taller.
Momoa looks 6’2.75”-6’3.5” range. It’s difficult to guess exactly because his height seems to fluctuate.

Rob measures 5’8 1/8 afternoon. Like junior said it doesn’t vary between mid afternoon and night. Momoa May be weak 6’4 up to full 6’4. I have him at 6’3.75 perhaps

This picture proves to me that 5'10" is closer to tall than to short.
5'10" still a decent height.

@Junior, Isn’t Rob Height of 5 ft 8 1/8 his Night Height, I have watched Rob Measure himself at 5 ft 3/8 after 6 hours out of bed, Thats why many people seem to guess a 1/4 less as they don’t take in to account that Rob is actually not just a 5 ft 8 bloke but a strong one being 5 ft 1/8 at night and 5 ft 3/8 mid-day, Also within the first 6 hours I loose 7/8 of inch of height but then for next 10 hours I loose a 1/4 to 3/8 inch of height it depends how active I am on a specific day

Junior to debate .25-.75 inches is worthless. People vary that much in height from day to day due to spinal compression alone.
So to say 6.325 is ridiculous doesnt make sense when real life comes into play. I played 17 years of basketball and people would measure 6'6" one day than 6'5" the next then 6'6.25" the next.
Heavy squats, running, stretching/yoga can chnage any of it. And Jason does all of these im sure. I saw him once at a convention and id say 6'3.5" that day. He was just about my height at 6'4"

@Canson Some people can really look a cm or fraction under their claim height but if you measure them you will be surprise to see a higher measurement. I have a cousin claim 6'3 look alot like 189-ish but i was surprise to measure him twice in two different occasion both evening/night at 6'2.81" (190) range.

I recently had a conversation ask him if Jason Momoa could be 6'3 1/2-3/4 range in person he straight tell me no and probably worst just a tiny few mm knock of 6'4. So 6'3 7/8 is the absolute worst he could be still consider 6'4.

While imperfect posture and deceptive camera angles etc. can be pointed to as valid negations of true height I suppose we have to be careful not to be too apologetic for celebs who, more often than not, appear less than the height we think they are.
IMO there are solid examples of Momoa looking 6'3.5" to 6'3.75" but there are perhaps more examples of him looking closer to 6'3" than 6'4". I think he appeared taller than Conan O'Brien so for me at least he is over 6'3.25".

It's the perfect opportunity to compare Ali against Norton - both guys are wearing sandals and both are also momentarily bare foot and we also have Ed McMahon in dress shoes standing right with them for another reference point.
Ed in dress shoes naturally looks taller than both guys - then Norton looks a touch taller than Ali - the difference being pretty s much as you might expect if you accept Norton to be 6'2.75" and Ali 6'2.5". Trying to imagine them both in dress shoes I still think McMahon might've still had the edge on them both - if not then McMahon would've at least appeared pretty much equal in height to Norton and a bit taller than Ali I think - even during the clip some angles favour McMahon more than others.
I personally wouldn't give Eastwood more than .5" on Ali as per the 1969 Frost show vision - and there were moments that I would give Clint barely any advantage on Ali.
I'll link the Carson show clip here - who knows, they might remove it again. PS - this was back in the day when boxing was great, fun and had some real character - Ali was also fresh with the humour, not like later on when he kept repeating the same old tired lines. Also the fitness of both men is outstanding - truly worked their butts off to put on a great boxing match.

I agree actors can reflect the same frailties as Joe Public but actors are often an exaggeration of real life from the get go anyway with an exaggerated image to live up to, maintain and make money from.
Momoa being oversized plays no small part in the characters he plays so I think the exaggerations of actors can sometimes be viewed a bit differently to the exaggerations of the general public. It seems to hold that on the large screen actors do look a lot bigger than they are in real life (of course some are also purposely filmed to look that way) - Joe Public is often surprised to see these same actors in the flesh and realise they are not quite as big as they appeared - possibly puts a bit of extraordinary pressure on the actors to fudge on their stats.
Also if an actor chooses one time to fudge his/her height to the media it's not like they just told one or a few people - it gets out to the masses - kinda hard to go back and contradict yourself even if you were inclined to put the record straight - as you said, it least Momoa and Lundgren returned to a figure close to if not exactly their true height.
It also makes me wonder too if in any of his roles Momoa's character was ever described as 6'5"?

Bear in mind I’m not great at reading posture so tend not to change my own, Rob does adapt his own posture to match the celeb. My footwear is probably a bit less than the average in virtually all my photos. As Rob said, we’ve met a number of times at conventions wearing the exact footwear in many of my pics.

According to one poster, he repeated that in a Swedish interview some time around 2005-2008 saying he use to be 195 and was then 193-194. This adds up with the interview you're referring to from around 2005 when the interviewer asked if he was 198 cm and Dolph corrected him and said he was actually 193. Granted, I do think Dolph had a healthy ego back in the 80's and is now more humble. Here's a 2016 interview where Dolph refers to himself as 6'4" in the Rocky 4 days: Click Here Other times he'll still say he was 6'5", but I think it's possible he believes he was somewhere between 6'4"-6'5", especially considering he may have measured anywhere in that range from morning to night or if he measured the 6'4.25" Rob lists him midday. That opinion vindicated years later when Dolph set the record straight despite an interviewer's pre-emptive suggestion that he was 6'6" - with that I think Dolph clearly showed that the earlier exaggerations were not driven by personal ego but instead by professional motives.

With Clint, at least IMHO, I saw only about .5" advantage if that over a less than straight 6'2.5" Ali on the 69 Frost Show. Then as compared to 6'3" Ebsen I saw barely any advantage to Clint and taking away Clint's heel advantage I get pretty much 6'3".

Even if we don't always agree I appreciate the sound rationale behind your estimates - I think in height estimation we simply reach a point where sound methodologies and logic can go no further - and we enter into the realm of guess work in our finer calibrations - the evidence is simply not sufficient to nail anyone's exact height with absolute confidence - videos/pics will almost always involve deceiving angles, imperfect postures, unequal footwear, etc. etc.
Re Lundgren. I was guilty of focusing more on his current height and finding that hard to reconcile with a peak 6'4" - call it the "Cint - I can't believe he shrunk that much - Eastwood" syndrome.
Additionally, they did exaggerate his height back in the day - as high as 6'6" with cinematic enhancement in Rocky - so I thought perhaps even 6'4" might've been a bit of stretch in view of his current height. What I should've been looking at is exactly what Rising provided - shots of peak Dolph back in the day - he did stand tall and the footwear looks okay - so it is good support for a solid 6'4"
But to there here and now....the guy may only be about 6'2" imo. I appreciate the additional O'Brien Lundgren pic provided by Rising - but here again we must account for the person he is being compared to. Lundgren is standing pretty straight and gains some back BUT O'Brien himself is hardly standing perfectly, his legs are spaced and left leg bent. IMO, standing straight O'Brien would gain a good measure of the difference back but perhaps not quite as much as the other pics indicate - so the extra pic of O'Brien and Lundgren made some difference for me.
Re Momoa. Rising made a good point that it is difficult to extrapolate the fully erect height of guys who often don't stand straight - and imo Momoa like Lundgren is one of the guys. Rob's group pic is strong support for 6'4" but dropping that in with all other ref. points I've seen and averaging it all out I still estimate Momoa not to be quite 6'4" but probably in the realm of 6'3.75" - certainly not a lock estimate but just based on what I have seen so far.

Re Lundgren. I was guilty of focusing more on his current height and finding that hard to reconcile with a peak 6'4" - call it the "Cint - I can't believe he shrunk that much - Eastwood" syndrome.
Additionally, they did exaggerate his height back in the day - as high as 6'6" with cinematic enhancement in Rocky - so I thought perhaps even 6'4" might've been a bit of stretch in view of his current height. What I should've been looking at is exactly what Rising provided - shots of peak Dolph back in the day - he did stand tall and the footwear looks okay - so it is good support for a solid 6'4"
But to there here and now....the guy may only be about 6'2" imo. I appreciate the additional O'Brien Lundgren pic provided by Rising - but here again we must account for the person he is being compared to. Lundgren is standing pretty straight and gains some back BUT O'Brien himself is hardly standing perfectly, his legs are spaced and left leg bent. IMO, standing straight O'Brien would gain a good measure of the difference back but perhaps not quite as much as the other pics indicate - so the extra pic of O'Brien and Lundgren made some difference for me.
Re Momoa. Rising made a good point that it is difficult to extrapolate the fully erect height of guys who often don't stand straight - and imo Momoa like Lundgren is one of the guys. Rob's group pic is strong support for 6'4" but dropping that in with all other ref. points I've seen and averaging it all out I still estimate Momoa not to be quite 6'4" but probably in the realm of 6'3.75" - certainly not a lock estimate but just based on what I have seen so far.

As for Ferrigno, that's where we disagree as I do guess about 6'4" peak for him and 6'2.5" today, though I do admit there's a good possibility of more like 6'3.5" peak and perhaps just 6'2.25" today, though that's more a minimum for me.

Editor RobI don't think Momoa would have lost any height, though his height in 2007 or 2008 in person could seem quite impressive when walking. I don't think I seen him walk hunched as he said one time.

I mention posture more in passing. I agree Jason's advantage was probably not much from the other angle, but my point is the difference is an inch to 3 cm max in the photo and with Momoa a bit closer, it could be slightly less. Both tend to have poor posture a lot of the time, but Jason's posture isn't too bad in a lot of these photos and if anything, I wouldn't hesitate to say Dolph's posture tended to be worse that night. Its seems you're overstating how much height Lundgren is dropping in a number of photos and not focusing equally on how much height Momoa himself is dropping in those same photos - you are also affording Momoa angle "advantage" when there isn't so much advantage. You provided two diff. angles of the fist bump - you said the first photo has Momoa closer to camera giving Momoa "advantage" - Momoa is barely closer to camera in that shot - if the camera was moved just a bit more to the left that shot would be pretty much square on - in the 2nd shot it is Lundgren who is in fact that much closer to camera but no "advantage" to Dolph is mentioned. At any rate - from either side I can see Momoa rocking the same height difference and Momoa is slouching and leaning in - as Momoa tends to do in a lot of photos. He is clearly not a guy concerned with advertising his fully straightened height.
Perhaps proof that Momoa fits himself to the frame of the photo and who he is standing with (by way of slouching, leaning in and widened stance) are the photos on this page - in which it appears that he might only be perhaps 6'3" - otherwise, accepting that he is at least 6'3.5", how could he appear that much shorter?

I have Conan O'Brien at about 6'3.25" and Momoa at about 6'3.75". Now we have pics of Momoa standing near enough to O'Brien to compare - my estimate is about .5" advantage to Momoa - any less than that might have them appearing equal but I can see Momoa was taller. There are also pics of O'Brien with Lundgren and the difference between the two is quite appreciable imo - giving Dolph the appearance of perhaps being only around 6'2" or a touch under.
There can be a question mark over Momoa's footwear which I would have to pay more attention to in order to determine if he is constantly enjoying heel advantage over other celebrities and therefore skewing numerous comparisons

I thought he was the full 6'4, he looked really tall in Justice League and Aquaman. He also looked very tall in Braven compared to everybody. The worst I can see for him is a weak 6'4", but he definitely looks taller next to Rob than say someone like Kevin Sorbo or Gwendoline Christie. He's 6'4" guys!

Kimmel is more like 5'11 guy certainly not 5'11 1/4 with a legit 181cm Sebastian Stan. Momoa look to be close to 5" taller than Kimmel not sure his boots were that thick sets or average normal boots(1.4"type).

Now 6'3.75" I can buy. In the Fallon video, I see barefoot Momoa at least 3", maybe 3.5" taller in the brief wide shot around 1:05. People who meet him in real life say he not that big at all, and one person who posted a photo here says she could not believe how short he was in real life. @Rising I was cracking jokes about Glenn, so ignore the light, back hearted humor. Anyhow, I’d say that the reason why we don’t use morning height anymore now just has to do with the set standards that this site has evolved with, making us more accustomed to based off of the standards of towering probability of what we’d measure since we don’t hold the out of bed mark for more than a few minutes usually, and social accustoms.
And people who are Glenn’s height, 5’6 2/3”, usually don’t have the spines to shrink more than 2 CM throughout the day, in the best case scenario, unless there’s a condition or if they reach an extreme low. I lose roughly an inch of height throughout the day, which seems to be closer to the average for someone who is in between 6’1” and 6’2” at their normal low. With the off chance that he was measured at an extreme low, then his normal low would have been just a fraction under the 5’7” mark. The second set of measurements of him going from 5’7 1/8” to under 5’7” within the course of fifteen minutes, however, certainly abolishes those odds off a plane for a bit of skydiving, as nobody’s spine compresses that quick after the first hour of being awake on average. I’d guess that he can potentially clear the 5’7 3/8” mark out of bed with perfect hydration, but it’s unlikely that he’d measure up at the 5’7 1/2” mark, so the window should shut it’s curtains closed on that claim.

6'3.5" is a bit low, imo. Look at the 2nd photo with Rob and look at Jason's stance. You can see there that he'd drop some height with that stance yet Rob actually reaches slightly lower on Jason's mouth than in the pic with the height chart.

The difference looks maybe an inch at the LA premiere where both seem to be in similar enough dress shoes and Momoa's posture definitely isn't worse at that event. 6'2" flat is still too low for Dolph since he's taller than 6'2" guys. Even in Rob's pic he's a solid 187 cm leaning accounting for footwear, but even if you're conservative with how much he's dropping, he'd still top 6'2" without the lean.

The difference looks maybe an inch at the LA premiere where both seem to be in similar enough dress shoes and Momoa's posture definitely isn't worse at that event. 6'2" flat is still too low for Dolph since he's taller than 6'2" guys. Even in Rob's pic he's a solid 187 cm leaning accounting for footwear, but even if you're conservative with how much he's dropping, he'd still top 6'2" without the lean.

I mean its hard for most guys to weigt less than 95 kg if they are 193 cm. one 194 cm friend of mine weight only 88 kg but he is looking veeeeery skinny. one 185 cm friend who didnt look to weigt more than 95 kg got on the skale infront of me and he weight 102 kg. he looks maybe little smaller than mamoa in muscle size and is 8 cm shorter so i expect mamoa to be around 105-108 kg. im personally trying to get small and do no strongman exercises for the moment. mostly own weight exercises and at a weak 197 i still weight in at 119 even if i think i start to look a little skinny. with low bodyfat. so for mamoa to weight only 95-100 kg is insane

@Jordan I’m confused as to why people think that Jason is as light as a safety is, as his waist is clearly decently sized (along with his frame). His chest has quite a bit of definition, and his biceps look as if he would swing Thor’s magical hammer underwater with King Neptune’s face on it really hard if he had to. Clearly he is a big guy.

I know a good chunk of NFL players are on roids, but you can be bigger than him naturally. There are a fair share of college linebackers that are shorter and bigger. 6-1 250 guys. They are just blessed with dense muscle, plus working out way more than Jason. Jason isn't a pro athlete

I will give you an Example of why I totally criticize those people. I for One Admire Dave Prowse. ( Darth Vader's Body Actor) because I think he doesn't get enough credit for playing the Body of Vader. A tall guy with all natural Muscle who was the first Brit to Deadlift 700 pounds and talks like a Gentleman is enough to impress me.
Does this mean I buy his 6'6" and 6'7" Claims? Hell No , I challenged that the first time I heard it. Most nowadays seem to think he was 6'4 or 6'5 in his prime, and I agree with them.

He can post a picture or he doesn’t have to post it. Everyone’s going to have their own opinion (even when some of us (like me) are going to argue passionately about celebrity heights).
We cannot judge whether he’s right or wrong. To say someone is full of ‘crapola’ by automatic assumption is silly.
I’ve made the same mistake many times, and it isn’t fair to assume he’s lying. I like to believe he’s telling the truth, but let him say or post what he says.
